Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element budowlany, wykonany z mieszanki betonowej naturalnej lub barwionej, przeznaczony do budowy miedzy innymi scian fundamentowych i podobnych. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w jego uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1, przedstawia element budowlany w widoku ogólnym, natomiast fig. 2, przedstawia element budowlany w widoku z góry. Element budowlany posiada ksztalt zblizony do bryly prostopadlosciennej, który w powierzchni scian wyznaczonych przez dluzsze krawedzie podstawy, ma wykonany przelotowy owalny otwór usy- tuowany centralnie. Ponizej i powyzej tego owalnego otworu sa wykonane w powierzchni scian przelo- towe otwory, których ksztalt, w widoku z góry, jest zblizony do kola. Cecha istotna elementu budowlanego jest to, ze ma ksztalt zblizony do bryly prostopadloscien- nej, która w powierzchni scian, wyznaczonych przez dluzsze krawedzie podstawy, ma wykonane, co najmniej trzy przelotowe otwory, z których jeden jest usytuowany w polozeniu centralnym. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in its shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the building element in a general view, while Fig. 2 shows the building element in a top view.
