Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór graficzny do ozdabiania przedmiotów o róznym przeznaczeniu, miedzy innymi sluzacych wyposazeniu wnetrza mieszkalnego czy uzytkowego. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zapro- jektowanej kompozycji, która w polaczeniu z tonalna kolorystyka zapewnia ozdobny i estetyczny efekt. Przedmiot wzoru zobrazowano w sposób pelny na zalaczonej ilustracji. Wzór graficzny zakomponowany zostal w motyw kwiatów bialo-rózowej magnolii z elementami graficznych linii krzywych umieszczonych na plaskim rózowym tle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and designed composition, which, combined with the tonal color scheme, provides a decorative and aesthetic effect. The subject of the design is fully illustrated in the attached illustration. The graphic pattern is composed of a motif of white and pink magnolia flowers with elements of graphic curved lines placed on a flat pink background. The composition's plasticity, giving the impression of three-dimensionality, is achieved by appropriate arrangement of the flowers on the plan, while simultaneously illuminating the flowers from above, as well as the use of a tonal transition of colors downward, into increasingly stronger hues. The graphic design is a so-called open composition. Essential features of the industrial design The graphic design according to the industrial design is composed of a motif of white and pink magnolia flowers with elements of graphic curved lines on a flat pink background, they are arranged in such a way that the flower in the background is partially obscured by the flower in the foreground, the flowers are lit from above so that the top of each of them is white and gradually changes to darker tones downwards, until the colour dark pink, which gives the impression of a spatial form, the flowers on the plan are arranged in such a way that between two flowers spaced at the same height from each other, above and below there is another flower, each of them has a short stem in dark brown, from which a graphic element of thin curved lines, the so-called "S-shaped flourishes" in gray-brown color, variously arranged, some of them ending with a leaf or a teardrop, and in their lower part the background is lighter - light pink, as shown in the attached illustration.
