Znane sa oslony, które maja zdobienia wykorzystujace symbole i elementy w postaci zlobien i wypuklosci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje zdobienie, fig. 2 - oslone w rozlozeniu a fig. 3 jest przekrojem poziomym. Oslona znicza pokazana na fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 jest bryla zblizona do stozka scietego, posadowionego mniejsza podstawa na pierscieniowej podstawie i zakonczonego dwuelementowym kolnierzem, którego powierzchnia boczna, naprzeciwlegle, ma zdobienie w postaci skrzydel, tradycyjnie odbieranych jako anielskie, w lustrzanym odbiciu, o wysokosci równej wysokosci oslony, pomiedzy którymi umieszczony jest rysunek sugerujacy owal twarzy otoczonej dlugimi wlosami, przy czym po jednej stronie sa one ulozone w formie nakladajacych sie na siebie fal. Covers are known for their decorations using symbols and elements in the form of grooves and convexities. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the decoration, Fig. 2 shows the cover in an unfolded state, and Fig. 3 is a horizontal cross-section. The cover of the candle shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 is a shape similar to a truncated cone, with a smaller base placed on a ring base and topped with a two-element collar, the opposite side surface of which is decorated with wings, traditionally perceived as angelic, in a mirror image, with a height equal to the height of the cover, between which there is a drawing suggesting the shape of an oval face framed by long hair, with the hair on one side arranged in the form of overlapping waves. Essential features of the industrial design The cover of the candle according to the industrial design is a shape similar to a truncated cone, with a smaller base placed on a ring base and topped with a two-element collar, the opposite side surface of which is decorated with wings, traditionally perceived as angelic, in a mirror image, with a height equal to the height of the cover, and between the wings there is a drawing suggesting an oval face surrounded by long hair, with hair on one side arranged in the form of overlapping waves as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2 and Fig. 3.
