Opis wzoru przemyslowego Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i elementach zdobniczych. Znane sa oslony, które maja ksztalt bryl zdobionych symbolami sakralnymi polaczonych z innymi elementami graficznymi w róznych kompozycjach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1, fig. 2 pokazuje widoki sciany, fig. 3 sciane w rozlozeniu natomiast fig. 4 jest przekrojem poziomym. Oslona znicza pokazana na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 jest bryla stanowiaca polaczenie, mniejszymi podstawami, stozków scietych. Na scianie oslony umieszczone sa, naprzeciwlegle, rysunki krzyza lacinskiego z widocznymi liniami, biegnacymi po srodku ramion i belki, dajacymi wrazenie trójwymiarowosci, przy czym krzyze mieszcza sie na naprzeciwleglych splaszczeniach sciany, które maja ksztalt zblizony do elipsy. Ponadto, powyzej i ponizej ramion krzyza, widoczne sa wklesniecia o ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata prostokatnego a przewezenie, na dole i u góry ma ksztalt podobny do kopulki ozdobionej linia lamana biegnacej równolegle do wiekszej podstawy stozków. Dól oslony posadowiony jest na walcowej podstawie, góra zakonczona jest dwuelementowym kolnierzem. Covers are known in the shape of solids decorated with sacred symbols combined with other graphic elements in various compositions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show views of the wall, Fig. 3 shows the wall in an exploded view, and Fig. 4 is a horizontal cross-section. The grave candle cover shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 is a solid form consisting of a combination of truncated cones with smaller bases. On the wall of the enclosure are opposite designs of Latin crosses with visible lines running down the center of the arms and beam, creating a three-dimensional impression. The crosses are located on opposite flattened surfaces of the wall, which are shaped like an ellipse. Furthermore, above and below the arms of the cross are visible concavities similar to right-angled triangles, and the narrowing at the bottom and top resembles a dome decorated with a broken line running parallel to the larger base of the cones. The bottom of the enclosure rests on a cylindrical base, while the top is topped with a two-piece collar. Essential features of the industrial design The cover of the candle is a shape consisting of a combination of smaller bases of truncated cones, on the wall of which there are opposite drawings of a Latin cross with visible lines running in the middle of the arms and the beam, giving the impression of three-dimensionality, wherein the crosses are located on opposite flattenings of the wall, which have a shape similar to an ellipse and in addition, above and below the arms of the cross, there are visible concavities in the shape similar to a right-angled triangle and the narrowing, at the bottom and top, has a shape similar to a dome decorated with a broken line running parallel to the larger base of the cones, wherein the cover is set on a cylindrical base and the top is finished with a two-element collar as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.PL 19406 3 Pattern illustrationPL 19406 4 Publishing Department of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
