Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czapka do ochrony glowy przed zimnem, stanowiaca jednoczesnie ozdobny element ubioru. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac czapki obejmuje jej ksztalt, krój, uklad elementów zdobiacych i material. Wzór przemyslowy czapki ma dwie odmiany. Odmiana pierwsza dotyczy czapki z kieszonka. Odmiana druga dotyczy czapki pikowanej. Czapka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na arkuszu zbiorczym - fig. 1 i fig. 2 - zas poszczególne odmiany na fotografiach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja szczególy: fig. 3 - czapki z kieszonka w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - czapki z pikowaniem w widoku z boku. Czapka ma czasze wykonana z tkaniny, z przedluzonymi bokami w formie nauszników. Na górnej srodkowej czesci czaszy, od przodu do tylu, usytuowany jest pas futra skrojonego „pod wlos". Nauszniki zaopatrzone sa w paski, na kazdym pasku usytuowany jest przestrzenny pompon, stanowiacy zakonczenie paska. W odmianie pierwszej boczna czesc czaszy ma kieszonke zas paski naszyte sa na bocznym elemencie od linii kieszonki. W odmianie drugiej boczna czesc czaszy jest pikowana zas paski zamocowane sa do dolnej krawedzi nauszników. Górny srodkowy pas „pod wlos" wykonany jest ze sztucznego futra lub futra. Czapka od wewnatrz wykonczona jest podszewka. The new and individually characterful form of the cap includes its shape, cut, arrangement of decorative elements and material. The industrial design of the cap has two varieties. The first variety concerns a cap with a pocket. The second variety concerns a quilted cap. The cap according to the industrial design is presented on the collective sheet - fig. 1 and fig. 2 - and the individual varieties in photographs, on which the individual figures show details: fig. 3 - caps with a pocket in a side view, fig. 4 - caps with quilting in a side view. The cap has a bowl made of fabric, with extended sides in the form of earflaps. On the upper central part of the canopy, from front to back, there is a strip of fur cut "against the grain". The earflaps are equipped with straps, on each strap there is a three-dimensional pompom, constituting the end of the strap. In the first version, the side part of the canopy has a pocket and the straps are sewn on the side element from the pocket line. In the second version, the side part of the canopy is quilted and the straps are attached to the lower edge of the earflaps. The upper central strip "against the grain" is made of artificial fur or fur. The inside of the hat is finished with a lining.
