Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny, przeznaczony w szczególnosci do oznaczania przedsiebiorstw, organizacji, towarów i uslug, do umieszczania na przedmiotach, w szczególnosci na srodkach transportu, pojemnikach na napoje, odziezy i obuwiu, a takze do wykorzystania w srodkach reklamy wizualnej i srodkach masowego przekazu. Nowa i oryginalna postac znaku graficznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji graficzno-kolorystycznej, na która skladaja sie barwne pola i dwa justowane centralnie napisy. Znak graficzny wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w dwóch odmianach, oznaczonych na materiale ilustracyjnym kolejno fig. 1 i fig. 2. W obu odmianach wzoru przemyslowego zasadniczo poziomy prostokat podzielony jest czterema pionowymi liniami na piec pól o zasadniczo jednakowych szerokosciach. Srodkowe pole jest koloru czerwonego, dwa skrajne pola sa koloru czarnego, a dwa pola pozostale sa koloru bialego. Na tle tych pól znajduja sie dwa poziome napisy centrowane jeden nad drugim, przy czym górny napis jest wykonany znacznie wieksza czcionka niz napis dolny. Górny napis obramowany jest od góry i dolu nieregularnie zygzakowata linia rozciagajaca sie poziomo przez cala szerokosc znaku. Dolny napis znaku jest w kolorze czarnym. W pierwszej odmianie (fig. 1) wzoru przemyslowego górny napis stanowi fraza „MARTWEGO POLA NIE MA" w kolorze czarnym, natomiast dolny napis stanowi fraza „SA MOTOCYKLISCI". W drugiej odmianie (fig. 2) wzoru przemyslowego górny napis stanowi wyraz „ZEBRA", przy czym kazda litera tego wyrazu ulokowana jest na innym polu i jest kontrastowa w stosunku do koloru tego pola. LITERY „Z", „B" i „A" sa koloru bialego, a litery „E" i „R" sa koloru czarnego. Dolny napis stanowi fraza „szkolimy z pasja" wykonana czcionka stylizowana na kaligraficzne. Istotnymi cechami obu odmian wzoru sa: podzial czterema liniami pionowymi na piec pól, czerwony kolor pola srodkowego, czarny kolor pól skrajnych, bialy kolor dwóch pól pozostalych, obecnosc dwóch napisów - górnego i dolnego - oraz róznica w wielkosciach czcionki tych napisów, czarny kolor dolnego napisu, centralna kompozycja obu napisów oraz dwie nieregularnie zygzakowate linie rozciagajace sie poziomo przez cala szerokosc znaku i obramowujace od dolu i od góry górny napis. Dodatkowa cecha istotna pierwszej odmiany wzoru jest czarny kolor górnego napisu. Dodatkowymi cechami istotnymi drugiej odmiany wzoru sa: rozlokowanie liter górnego napisu, po jednej na kazdym z pieciu pól, bialy kolor liter skrajnych i litery srodkowej górnego napisu, czarny kolor dwóch pozostalych liter górnego napisu oraz czcionka dolnego napisu stylizowana na kaligraficzna.PL 19462 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 19462 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of an industrial design is a graphic symbol intended primarily to identify enterprises, organizations, goods, and services, for placement on objects, particularly means of transportation, beverage containers, clothing, and footwear, as well as for use in visual advertising and mass media. The new and original form of the graphic symbol based on the industrial design is manifested in a graphic and color composition consisting of colored fields and two centrally justified inscriptions. The graphic symbol based on the industrial design is presented in two versions, designated in the illustrations as Figures 1 and 2, respectively. In both versions of the industrial design, a generally horizontal rectangle is divided by four vertical lines into five fields of essentially equal widths. The central field is red, the two outermost fields are black, and the remaining two fields are white. Against the background of these fields are two horizontal inscriptions centered one above the other, with the upper inscription in a significantly larger font than the lower inscription. The upper inscription is framed at the top and bottom by an irregular zigzag line extending horizontally across the entire width of the sign. The lower inscription is black. In the first variant (fig. 1) of the industrial design, the upper inscription is the phrase "DEAD POLA NIE MA" in black, while the lower inscription is the phrase "SA MOTOCYKLISCI" (SA MOTOCYKLISCI). In the second variant (fig. 2) of the industrial design, the upper inscription is the word "ZEBRA," with each letter of this word located in a different field and contrasting with the color of that field. The letters "Z," "B," and "A" are white, and the letters "E" and "R" are black. The lower inscription is the phrase "we train with passion" in a calligraphic-style font. The essential features of both design variations include: the division into five fields by four vertical lines, the red color of the central field, the black color of the outer fields, the white color of the two remaining fields, the presence of two inscriptions – one upper and one lower – and the difference in font size of these inscriptions, the black color of the lower inscription, the central composition of both inscriptions, and two irregular zigzag lines extending horizontally across the entire width of the sign and framing the upper inscription at the top and bottom. An additional essential feature of the first design variation is the black color of the upper inscription.
