Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest namiot, przeznaczony zwlaszcza do celów kwatermi- strzowskich, jako stanowisko dowodzenia, namiot szpitalny, do celów magazynowych, socjalnych itd. lub wykonywania czynnosci wymagajacych izolacji od wplywów atmosferycznych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter wzór namiotu, prze- jawiajacy sie w jego ksztalcie oraz ukladzie poszczególnych charakterystycznych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia widok ogólny namiotu. Fig. 2 przedstawia widok namiotu z podciagnietym czesciowo tropikiem, dzieki czemu widoczne sa elementy stelaza. Fig. 3 przedstawia widok namiotu od przodu, przy otwartym wejsciu i wyjsciu, tzw. widok „na przestrzal". Fig. 4 przedstawia widok wnetrza namiotu. Mozliwe jest wykonanie namiotu ze stelazem stalowym lub aluminiowym. Cechami istotnymi wzoru jest ksztalt namiotu, jego charakterystyczny wyglad, posiadanie cza- szy namiotu podwieszanej do stelaza, wyodrebniony tropik, wnetrze namiotu. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individually designed tent, manifested in its shape and the arrangement of individual characteristic elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows a general view of the tent. Fig. 2 shows a view of the tent with the flysheet partially pulled up, allowing for visible frame elements. Fig. 3 shows a front view of the tent, with the entrance and exit open, a so-called "through view." Fig. 4 shows a view of the interior of the tent. The tent can be manufactured with a steel or aluminum frame. The essential features of the design are the shape of the tent, its characteristic appearance, the tent canopy suspended from the frame, the separate flysheet, and the tent interior.
