Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zabawki - domek dla kota przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i rodzaju uzytego materialu, które nadaja zabawce swoisty i oryginalny wy- glad umozliwiajacy jego identyfikacje. Zabawka - domek dla kota wedlug wzoru jest uformowana z tektury lub z kartonu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których Fig. 1 przedstawia zabawke w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i z prawego boku, Fig. 2 przed- stawia zabawke w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu i z lewego boku, a Fig. 3 przedstawia zabaw- ke w widoku perspektywicznym od tylu i z lewego boku. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a toy - a cat house, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and type of material used, which give the toy a specific and original appearance enabling its identification. The toy - a cat house according to the design is formed from cardboard or paperboard. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the toy in a perspective view from the front and from the right side, Fig. 2 shows the toy in a perspective view from the front and from the left side, and Fig. 3 shows the toy in a perspective view from the back and from the left side. In accordance with the industrial design and as disclosed in the attached photographs, the form of a toy cat house formed of cardboard or carton is characterized in that it has the form of a cuboid house provided with a front front wall and a rear wall and equipped with a right side wall and a left side wall, which are topped with a gable roof terminated with a rectangular handle containing a rectangular opening for inserting a hand into it. The front front wall contains an opening, the lower part of which is in the shape of a rectangle topped with diagonal lines parallel to the surface of the gable roof. The right side of the gable roof is equipped with a tilting rectangular window located closer to the front wall, while the left side of the gable roof is equipped with a tilting window located closer to the back wall, in which there is a rectangular window. While the right side wall has a square opening located near the vertical edge of the back wall, and the left side wall has a rectangular opening located near the front edge of the front wall. The cat house toy is characterized by the following essential features of an industrial design: - the existence of a cuboid house made of cardboard or paperboard in natural colors, provided with a front wall and a back wall, equipped with a right side wall and a left side wall, which are topped with a gable roof finished with a rectangular handle containing a rectangular opening for inserting a hand into it, - the existence of an opening on the front front wall, the lower part of which is in the shape of a rectangle topped from the top with diagonal lines parallel to the surface of the gable roof, - the existence of a rectangular tilting window in the right slope of the gable roof located closer to the front front wall, - the existence of a rectangular tilting window in the left slope of the gable roof located closer to the rear wall equipped with a rectangular window, - existence of a square opening in the right side wall situated near the vertical edge of the rear wall, - existence of a rectangular opening in the left side wall situated near the vertical edge of the front wall, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1 to Fig. 3.PL 19511 3 Illustration of the patternPL 19511 4 Department of Publishing UP RP PL PL PL PL PL
