Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest mata oslonowa przeznaczona do oslaniania róznych przestrzeni np. balkonów, ogródków i innych terenów przed wiatrem, sloncem, sniegiem lub wscibskim wzrokiem osób trzecich. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz strukturze powierzchni, nadajaca powierzchni maty nowy i indywidualny charakter. Wzór przemyslowy uwidoczniono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia wi- dok powierzchni gietkiej maty oslonowej w pierwszej odmianie wzoru, fig. 2 - widok powierzchni giet- kiej maty oslonowej w drugiej odmianie wzoru, fig. 3 - widok powierzchni gietkiej maty oslonowej w trzeciej odmianie, fig. 4 - widok powierzchni gietkiej maty oslonowej w czwartej odmianie, fig. 5 - widok powierzchni gietkiej maty oslonowej w piatej odmianie, fig. 6 - widok powierzchni gietkiej maty oslonowej w szóstej odmianie, fig. 7 - widok powierzchni gietkiej maty w siódmej odmianie, fig. 8 - widok powierzchni gietkiej maty oslonowej w ósmej odmianie, fig. 9 - widok powierzchni gietkiej maty oslonowej w dziewiatej odmianie i fig. 10 - widok powierzchni gietkiej maty oslonowej dziesiatej odmiany. Odmiana II Druga odmiana wzoru, zgodnie z fig. 2 jest mata, która posiada oprócz cech wymienionych w pt. 1 - 2, identyczne cechy istotne jak w odmianie I, przy czym powierzchnia maty uwidocznia pio- nowe sciegi w ksztalcie linii lamanej, powstale na skutek przeszycia maty nicmi z tworzyw sztucznych. Odmiana III Mata w trzeciej odmianie, zgodnie z fig. 3, oprócz cech wspólnych wymienionych w pt. 1 - 2, ma identyczne cechy istotne jak w odmianie I, przy czym powierzchnia kazdego z plaskich elementów ma ornament w postaci równoleglych do ich boków linii, miedzy którymi sa uwidocznione ukosne przery- wane linie, natomiast powierzchnia maty uwidacznia pionowe sciegi ulozone w ksztalcie litery „V", powstale na skutek przeszycia maty nicmi z tworzyw sztucznych. Odmiana IV W czwartej odmianie, zgodnie z fig. 4, oprócz cech wspólnych wymienionych w pt. 1 i 2, mata posiada pionowe plaskie elementy utworzone z jednego elementu, który na obrzezach dluzszych bo- ków maty jest zawiniety i ponownie przeplatany pomiedzy poziomymi plaskimi elementami maty, na- tomiast powierzchnia maty uwidacznia pionowe sciegi w postaci linii prostej, a ornament na po- wierzchni pionowych i poziomych plaskich elementów jest identyczny jak w odmianie III. Odmiana V Piata odmiana wzoru, zgodnie z fig. 5, oprócz cech wspólnych wymienionych w pt. 1 i 2, przed- stawia cechy istotne maty o identycznych cechach powierzchni jak odmiana IV, z tym, ze powierzch-PL 19514 3 nia maty uwidacznia poziome, równolegle wzgledem siebie sciegi utworzone w ksztalcie linii lamanych powstalych z przeszycia maty nicmi z tworzyw sztucznych. Odmiana VI W odmianie szóstej, zgodnie z fig. 6, oprócz wspólnych cech wymienionych w pt. 1 i 2, przed- stawione sa cechy istotne maty jak w odmianie IV-tej, przy czym powierzchnia maty uwidacznia pio- nowe sciegi utworzone w ksztalcie linii lamanych powstalych na skutek przeszycia maty nicmi z two- rzyw sztucznych. Odmiana VII Mata w odmianie siódmej, zgodnie z fig. 7, oprócz cech wspólnych wymienionych w pt. 1 i 2, posiada poziomo ulozone elastyczne i waskie, plaskie elementy oddalone od siebie oraz pionowe, przeplecione pomiedzy poziomymi, plaskie i waskie elementy stykajace sie obrzezami ze soba, przy czym powierzchnia maty uwidacznia identyczne sciegi i ornament na powierzchni waskich i plaskich elementów jak w odmianie VI, a obrzeza maty sa pozbawione obramowania. Odmiana VIII Ósma odmiana wzoru, zgodnie z fig. 8, oprócz cech wspólnych wymienionych w pt. 1 i 2, po- siada, tak jak w odmianie VII, ulozone poziomo i pionowo elastyczne i waskie plaskie elementy, na powierzchni których naniesiony jest ornament o wzorze takim jak w odmianie VII, natomiast po- wierzchnia maty uwidacznia pionowe sciegi utworzone w linii prostej na powierzchni plaskich piono- wych elementów, powstale na skutek przeszycia maty nicmi z tworzyw sztucznych, a obrzeza dluz- szych boków maja obramowania jak w odmianie I. Odmiana IX W odmianie dziewiatej, zgodnie z fig. 9, oprócz cech wspólnych wymienionych w pt. 1 i 2, mata posiada identyczne cechy jak w odmianie VIII przy czym ornament na powierzchni plaskich poziomych i pionowych elementów ma postac identyczna jak w odmianie I i II a powierzchnia maty ujawnia iden- tyczne sciegi jak w odmianie III, powstale na skutek przeszycia maty nicmi z tworzyw sztucznych. Odmiana X Mata wedlug odmiany dziesiatej, zgodnie z fig. 10, oprócz cech wspólnych wymienionych w pt. 1 i 2, posiada identyczne cechy jak w odmianie VIII, natomiast powierzchnia maty ujawnia iden- tyczne sciegi jak w odmianie VI powstale na skutek przeszycia maty nicmi z tworzyw sztucznych. The essence of the design is a new form of the product manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines and the structure of the surface, giving the surface of the mat a new and individual character. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1 - shows a view of the surface of the flexible protective mat in the first variant of the design, fig. 2 - a view of the surface of the flexible protective mat in the second variant of the design, fig. 3 - a view of the surface of the flexible protective mat in the third variant, fig. 4 - a view of the surface of the flexible protective mat in the fourth variant, fig. 5 - a view of the surface of the flexible protective mat in the fifth variant, fig. 6 - a view of the surface of the flexible protective mat in the sixth variant, fig. 7 - a view of the surface of the flexible mat in the seventh variant, fig. 8 - a view of the surface of the flexible protective mat in the eighth variant, fig. 9 - a view of the surface of the flexible protective mat in the ninth variant and fig. 10 - a view of the surface flexible protective mat of the tenth variety. Common essential features of all pattern varieties 1. The shape of the protective mat in the form of a rectangle, in which the surface of the mat is formed of flexible vertically arranged parallel to each other, narrow and flat elements of equal length, interwoven alternately with flexible narrow and flat elements arranged horizontally parallel to each other, while its surface shows stitches resulting from sewing the mat with plastic threads. 2. The surface of each of the horizontal and vertical flexible, narrow and flat elements has an ornament. Essential features of the individual pattern varieties Variation I The flexible mat in the first pattern variety, in accordance with fig. 1, in addition to the common features listed in titled 1 and 2, has flat horizontal elements touching each other by their edges and a frame along the longer sides of the rectangle in the form of a narrow strip formed by the mutual connection of the vertical and extreme ends of horizontally arranged, flexible and narrow, flat elements, wherein the surface of each of the flat horizontal and vertical elements has an ornament in the form of lines parallel to their sides and diagonally intersecting them, while the surface of the mat shows vertical stitches in the shape of a straight line resulting from sewing the mat with plastic threads. Variation II The second variety of the design, according to fig. 2 is a mat which, in addition to the features listed in pts. 1-2, has identical essential features as in variation I, wherein the surface of the mat shows vertical stitches in the shape of a broken line resulting from sewing the mat with plastic threads. Variation III The mat in the third variation, according to fig. 3, apart from the common features listed in pts. 1 - 2, has identical essential features as in variation I, whereby the surface of each of the flat elements has an ornament in the form of lines parallel to their sides, between which diagonal broken lines are visible, while the surface of the mat shows vertical stitches arranged in the shape of the letter "V", resulting from sewing the mat with plastic threads. Variation IV In the fourth variation, according to fig. 4, apart from the common features listed in pt. 1 and 2, the mat has vertical flat elements formed from one element which is wrapped around the edges of the longer sides of the mat and again interlaced between the horizontal flat elements of the mat, while the surface of the mat shows vertical stitches in the form of a straight line, and the ornament on the surfaces of the vertical and horizontal flat elements is identical to that in variant III. Variation V The fifth variant of the pattern, in accordance with fig. 5, apart from the common features listed in pts. 1 and 2, presents essential features of a mat with identical surface features as variant IV, except that the surface of the mat shows horizontal stitches parallel to each other formed in the shape of broken lines resulting from stitching the mat with plastic threads. Variation VI In the sixth variant, in accordance with fig. 6, apart from the common features listed in pt. 1 and 2, essential features of the mat are presented as in variant IV, whereby the surface of the mat reveals vertical stitches created in the shape of broken lines resulting from stitching the mat with plastic threads. Variation VII The mat in the seventh variant, in accordance with fig. 7, in addition to the common features listed in pts. 1 and 2, has horizontally arranged flexible and narrow, flat elements spaced apart from each other and vertical, interlaced between the horizontal, flat and narrow elements touching each other by their edges, whereby the surface of the mat reveals identical stitches and ornament on the surface of the narrow and flat elements as in variant VI, and the edges of the mat are devoid of a frame. Variation VIII The eighth variant of the pattern, in accordance with fig. 8, in addition to the common features listed in pt. 1 and 2, as in variant VII, has horizontally and vertically arranged flexible and narrow flat elements, on the surface of which an ornament with the same pattern as in variant VII is applied, while the surface of the mat reveals vertical stitches created in a straight line on the surface of the flat vertical elements, resulting from sewing the mat with plastic threads, and the edges of the longer sides have frames as in variant I. Variation IX In the ninth variant, according to fig. 9, apart from the common features listed in pts. 1 and 2, the mat has identical features as in variant VIII, whereby the ornament on the surface of the flat horizontal and vertical elements has a form identical to that in variants I and II, and the surface of the mat reveals identical stitches as in variant III, resulting from sewing the mat with plastic threads. Variation X Mat according to the tenth variant, in accordance with fig. 10, apart from the common features listed in pts. 1 and 2, has identical features as in variant VIII, while the mat surface reveals identical stitches as in variant VI resulting from stitching the mat with plastic threads.
