Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profil zaluzji, zwlaszcza okiennej lub drzwiowej. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w postaci rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 który przedstawia profil zaluzji w rzucie aksonometrycznym, zas Fig. 2 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny profilu zaluzji z Fig. 1. Zakonczenie tylnej, pio- nowej sciany profilu jest wywiniete promieniowo do góry w ksztalcie waskiej litery U, od którego luko- wo wyprowadzona jest dolna, pozioma sciana profilu, która z kolei lukowo przechodzi w lekko wypu- kla, pionowa sciane frontowa profilu. The essence of the design is the new form of the object manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material in the form of a drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the blind profile in an axonometric view, while Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of the blind profile from Fig. 1. The cross-section of the blind profile according to the industrial design resembles a channel, with its ends radially curled inward. The end of the rear, vertical wall of the profile is curled radially upward in the shape of a narrow U, from which the lower, horizontal wall of the profile extends in an arc, which in turn arcs into the slightly convex, vertical front wall of the profile. The lower and front walls of the profile have longitudinal recesses.
