Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzennie uksztaltowana umywalka lazienkowa skladajaca sie z odlanego monolitycznego bloku stanowiacego prostokatny blat z uksztaltowana misa pojedyncza z kanalami odplywowymi, która przystosowana jest do zawieszania na scianie lazienkowej lub posa- dowienia na szafkach lazienkowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przed- stawia umywalke w widoku z góry, fig. 2 przedstawia umywalke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 przedstawia umywalke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 przedstawia umywalke w widoku od tylu, fig. 5 przedstawia umywal- ke w widoku aksonometrycznym. Umywalka lazienkowa ma cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzujace sie tym, ze ma monolityczny przestrzenny ksztalt stanowiacy blat w postaci prostokata z zaglebiona misa, która od strony przysciennej ma pionowa sciane zas po bokach i przeciwnej stronie przysciennej ma wklesle uksztaltowanie, przy czym pomiedzy zaglebiona misa, a zewnetrznym obrysem blatu ma pas obrzeza o równej szerokosci w czesci przedniej i po bokach, zas o wiekszej szerokosci w czesci przysciennej, która laczy w sobie zalety uzytkowe z wysokimi walorami estetycznymi, charakterystycznymi dla wzor- nictwa przemyslowego, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4 oraz fig. 5. The essence of the industrial design is a three-dimensionally shaped bathroom sink consisting of a cast monolithic block constituting a rectangular countertop with a single bowl with drainage channels, which is designed for wall-mounting or mounting on a bathroom cabinet. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the sink from above, Fig. 2 shows the sink from the front, Fig. 3 shows the sink from the side, Fig. 4 shows the sink from the back, and Fig. 5 shows the sink from an axonometric view. The bathroom washbasin has essential features of an industrial design, characterized by a monolithic spatial shape constituting a countertop in the form of a rectangle with a recessed bowl, which has a vertical wall on the wall side and a concave shape on the sides and opposite wall side, whereby between the recessed bowl and the external outline of the countertop there is a rim strip of equal width in the front and sides, and of greater width in the wall part, which combines functional advantages with high aesthetic values, characteristic of industrial design, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4 and Fig. 5.
