Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do stosowania jako opakowanie kosmetyków w tym szamponów, balsamów i odzywek. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki nadana jej w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i uksztaltowania powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - butelke w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - butelke w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka jest to bryla, której dno i górna powierzchnia maja ksztalt elipsy. Z górnej czesci butelki w polowie jest lukowate wybranie, które konczy sie u góry butelki tworzac lezke. Powierzchnia górna butelki posiada wybranie tworzace kolnierz. Nad kolnierzem znajduje sie powierzchnia sferyczna, która z przodu i tylu butelki posiada plaskie wybrania tworzace powierzchnie o podstawie zblizonej do cwierc elipsy. Powierzchnia sferyczna przechodzi w otwór wlewowy, który stanowi walec z dwoma prostokatnymi wybraniami, przechodzacy w srodkowej czesci w stozek, a nastepnie w walec. The essence of the design is the bottle's new and unique form, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, and surface finish. The industrial design is shown in the illustration, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 - the bottle in a bottom view. The bottle is a solid shape whose bottom and top surfaces are elliptical. Halfway down the top of the bottle is an arc-shaped recess, which terminates at the top, forming a teardrop shape. The top surface of the bottle has a recess forming a collar. Above the collar is a spherical surface, which has flat recesses at the front and rear of the bottle, creating surfaces with a base approximately a quarter-ellipse. The spherical surface transitions into the filling opening, which is a cylinder with two rectangular recesses, transforming into a cone in the middle and then into a cylinder. The bottom of the bottle is shaped like an ellipse truncated on one side. Inside the bottom is a concave recess forming an ellipse. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The bottle is a solid with an ellipse-shaped bottom and top surface. 2. Midway along the top of the bottle is an arc-shaped recess, which terminates at the top of the bottle, forming a teardrop shape. 3. The top surface of the bottle has a recess forming a collar. 4. Above the collar is a spherical surface, which has flat recesses at the front and back of the bottle, forming surfaces with a base close to a quarter-ellipse. 5. The spherical surface merges into the filling opening, which is a cylinder with two rectangular recesses, transforming into a cone in the middle and then into a cylinder. 6. The bottom of the bottle has the shape of an ellipse truncated on one side. 7.
