Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, jednopunktowy wykonany z gumy i metalu, stanowiacy wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych, zwlaszcza mebli stanowiacych wyposazenie pokoi dzieciecych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, cechach i kolorystyce postaci stanowiacych czesc chwytowa tego uchwytu oraz w materiale uzytym do jego wytwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy jednopunktowy w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu, a fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z góry. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi bryla monolityczna utworzona z profilowej czesci chwytowej imitujacej „glowe kury" wykonanej z gumy róznobarwnej oraz z walcowej jednobarwnej stopki metalowej, której górny kolnierzowy koniec zatopiony - zwulkanizowany jest w tej gumowej czesci chwytowej tworzac razem jeden monolit, przy czym stopka ta usytuowana jest prostopadle do dolnej plaskiej powierzchni czesci chwytowej, a w podstawie tej stopki wykonany jest osiowy nagwintowany otwór montazowy. Z kolei korpus czesci chwytowej tego uchwytu meblowego stanowi bryla o profilu zewnetrznym upodobnionym do ksztaltu glowy „glowe kury" wykonana z gumy w kolorze brazowym, a w jej górnej zewnetrznej powierzchni osadzone sa równiez gumowe elementy (wkladki) imitujace: grzebien, oczy dziób i jezyk tej glowy w kolorach: czerwonym, zóltym, bialym, czarnym i niebieskim. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its shape, features, and colors of the gripping elements of the handle, as well as the material used to manufacture it. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the single-point furniture handle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same furniture handle from the front, and Fig. 3 shows the same furniture handle from a top view. The furniture handle according to the industrial design is a monolithic body made of a profiled gripping part imitating a "chicken's head" made of multi-coloured rubber and a cylindrical single-coloured metal foot, the upper flanged end of which is immersed - vulcanised in this rubber gripping part, together creating one monolith, wherein this foot is situated perpendicularly to the lower flat surface of the gripping part, and in the base of this foot there is an axial threaded mounting hole. In turn, the body of the gripping part of this furniture handle is a solid with an external profile resembling the shape of a "chicken's head" made of brown rubber, and in its upper external surface there are also rubber elements (inserts) imitating: a comb, eyes, beak and tongue of this head in the following colours: red, yellow, white, black and blue.
