Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru jest okrywa wózka dzieciecego przeznaczona zwlaszcza dla ochrony przed wiatrem, deszczem i zimnem, a takze sluzaca do ozdoby wózka. Istota wzoru jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac okrywy - oslony wózka, cha- rakteryzujaca sie oryginalnym ksztaltem i ukladem elementów zdobniczych. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, gdzie pokazano na fig. 1 - okrywe zalozona na gondole wózka w widoku ogólnym z przodu, na fig. 1.1 - okrywe na gondoli wózka w wi- doku ogólnym z góry, fig. 1.2 - okrywe na gondoli wózka w widoku ogólnym z boku, fig. 1.3 - okrywe na gondoli wózka w widoku ogólnym z tylu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Okrywa wózka dzieciecego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma ksztalt wielosciennej formy prze- strzennej podobnej do modyfikowanej litery „L" otwartej na dole i czesciowo otwartej na górze, z ele- mentami zapinajacymi przebiegajacymi od górnego otworu wzdluz bocznych krawedzi górnej plasz- czyzny, i tworzy jednolita strukture o lagodnych zaokraglonych ksztaltach odpowiadajacych zarysom poszczególnych elementów gondoli wózka, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1 do fig. 1.3. The essence of the design is a new, unique form of the cover, characterized by its original shape and arrangement of decorative elements. The design is shown in the attached photograph, which shows Fig. 1 - a general front view of the cover fitted to the stroller carrycot; Fig. 1.1 - a general top view of the cover on the stroller carrycot; Fig. 1.2 - a general side view of the cover on the stroller carrycot; Fig. 1.3 - a general back view of the cover on the stroller carrycot. Essential features of the industrial design The cover of the stroller is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a polyhedral spatial form similar to a modified letter "L", open at the bottom and partially open at the top, with fastening elements running from the upper opening along the side edges of the upper surface, and creates a uniform structure with gentle rounded shapes corresponding to the outlines of the individual elements of the stroller gondola, as shown in the attached illustrations fig. 1 to fig. 1.3.
