Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna etykieta przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, barw, ornamentacji oraz polaczeniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Etykieta o nieregularnym ksztalcie zawierajaca elementy graficzne i napisy, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci ksztaltu stanowiacego wycinek kola, przy czym polowa tego ksztaltu zarysowana jest czarna linia, a druga polowa zólta linia, zas w lewej górnej czesci etykiety znajduje sie stylizowane slonce, natomiast w dolnej czesci umieszczone sa napisy informacyjne „TARCZA OCHRONNA" wykonane w kilku rzedach, przy czym kazdy rzad pisany jest mniejsza czcionka, która po stronie zóltej etykiety posiada zólty poblask, a po stronie czarnej jest czarna, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1. The irregularly shaped label containing graphic elements and inscriptions has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a shape constituting a segment of a circle, with half of this shape outlined by a black line and the other half by a yellow line. In the upper left part of the label there is a stylized sun, while in the lower part there are informational inscriptions "PROTECTIVE SHIELD" in several rows, with each row written in a smaller font, which has a yellow tint on the yellow side of the label and is black on the black side, as shown in the attached illustration (Fig. 1).
