Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest grzejnik do ogrzewania pomieszczen. Istote wzoru stanowi oryginalna postac grzejnika przejawiajaca sie w jego oryginalnym ksztal- cie, nadajacym mu swoisty wyglad, oraz rozmieszczeniu elementów grzejnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym: Fig. 1 przedstawia grzejnik Fig. 2 przedstawia przekrój poprzeczny grzejnika. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru sklada sie z prostokatnej ramy oraz szeregu poziomych elementów grzejnych o przekroju w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Elementy grzejne rozmieszczone sa w równych odleglosciach wzgledem siebie oraz wzgledem górnej i dolnej krawedzi ramy. Dolna krawedz ramy posiada dwa krócce zasilajace. Grzejnik posiada gniazdo odpowietrzajace znajdujace sie na górnej krawedzi ramy oraz elementy mocujace znajdujace sie w tylnej scianie grzejnika. Grzejnik wedlug wzoru moze byc wykonany w dowolnej wielkosci i z dowolnego materialu, powierzchnia grzejnika po- krywana jest lakierami w dowolnych kolorach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Grzejnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: sklada sie z ramy oraz szeregu poziomych elementów grzejnych o przekroju w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Elementy grzejne rozmieszczone sa w równych odleglosciach wzgledem siebie oraz wzgledem górnej i dolnej krawedzi ramy. The essence of the design is the radiator's unique form, manifested in its original shape, giving it a distinctive appearance, and the arrangement of the heating elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the radiator. Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of the radiator. According to the design, the radiator consists of a rectangular frame and a series of horizontal heating elements with a cuboid cross-section. The heating elements are spaced equidistant from each other and from the top and bottom edges of the frame. The bottom edge of the frame has two supply connectors. The radiator has a vent socket located on the top edge of the frame and mounting elements located on the rear wall of the radiator. The radiator according to the design can be made in any size and from any material; the radiator surface is varnished in any color.
