Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest belka tylna samochodu, przeznaczona jest do monta- zu na samochodach pozarniczych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia tylna belke samochodu, w widoku od czola w pozycji przejezdnej, fig. 2 przedstawia tylna belke samochodu w widoku z góry i w pozycji roboczej, a fig. 3 przedstawia tylna belke samochodu w widoku z boku w pozycji roboczej. Istotna cecha tylnej belki samochodu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, jest to, ze stanowia ja, osadzony na ramionach (1) element srodkowy (2) i dwa elementy skrajne (3) polaczone ze soba prze- gubowo zawiasami (4), przy czym elementy skrajne (3) maja na jednym koncu zakonczenie (5) z pio- nowo usytuowanym przelotowym otworem (6), z bolcem (7), zas sciana czolowa i tylna belki ma pro- stokatne wyciecia (8), natomiast na ramionach (1) osadzono silowniki (10), laczace tylna belke samo- chodu z podwoziem samochodu, jak pokazano na fig. 1, 2 i 3. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 shows the rear beam of the car, in a frontal view in a driving position, fig. 2 shows the rear beam of the car in a top view and in a working position, and fig. 3 shows the rear beam of the car in a side view in a working position. An important feature of the rear beam of the car according to the industrial design is that it consists of a central element (2) mounted on arms (1) and two extreme elements (3) connected to each other by hinges (4), wherein the extreme elements (3) have at one end (5) a vertically located through hole (6), with a pin (7), while the front and rear walls of the beam have rectangular cut-outs (8), while the arms (1) have cylinders (10) mounted, connecting the rear beam of the car with the car chassis, as shown in figs. 1, 2 and 3.
