The flange (1) has three openings (5, 5', 5'') in which two openings (5', 5'') extend from opposite lateral edges. The central opening (5) is arranged between weakening zones (6, 6'), where flange is made of metal e.g. aluminum or steel. The zones are situated in distinct parallel planes. The zones are arranged at level of projections and are integrated respectively in sinusoidal portion (7, 7') of the projections.
