Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest folia stabilizujaca grunt na zboczach i zabezpieczajaca przed obsuwaniem sie gruntu w budownictwie ziemnym przy nasypach drogowych i/lub kolejowych lub przy budowie walów przeciwpowodziowych. Istota folii stabilizujacej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest ksztalt wstegi folii wraz z poprzecznymi paskami, nadajacy folii oryginalny wyglad. Folia stabilizujaca wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ukazana jest na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia widok ogólny czesci wstegi folii wraz z poprzecznymi paskami po obu stronach, fig. 2 przedstawia widok ogólny folii z poprzecznymi paskami po jednej stronie. Folia stabilizujaca wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wykonana jest w postaci zwoju posiadajacego na swych górnych i dolnych powierzchniach wklejone odcinki poprzecznych pasków, które przymocowane do powierzchni folii czescia szerokosci tworza plytki oporowe, które przysypane gruntem nasypu stabilizuja ten grunt tak w przypadki samoistnej powloki jak i przy nalozeniu stabilizujacego przestrzennego systemu komórkowego - tak zwanej geokraty. Istotna cecha folii stabilizujacej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze odcinki poprze- cznych pasków przymocowane sa do folii wstegi na czesci swej szerokosci, zas pozostala czesc paska odstaje od folii tworzac wasy umozliwiajace stabilizacje gruntu lub umocowanie stabilizujacej teokraty. The essence of the stabilizing foil according to the industrial design is the shape of the foil strip with transverse stripes, giving the foil an original appearance. The stabilizing foil according to the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 shows a general view of a part of the foil strip with transverse stripes on both sides, fig. 2 shows a general view of the foil with transverse stripes on one side. The industrial-style stabilizing foil is made in the form of a roll having cross-strips glued onto its upper and lower surfaces, which, when attached to the foil surface along part of their width, create retaining plates which, when covered with the embankment soil, stabilize this soil both in the case of a self-contained coating and when a stabilizing spatial cellular system is applied - a so-called geogrid. On the stabilizing foil according to the industrial pattern, sections of transverse strips are glued to the surface of the foil web on both its sides perpendicularly to the length of the web, which makes the web universal, laid on the slope of an embankment or embankment in any way, with its length corresponding to the slope inclination, as shown in Figure 1. A version of the stabilizing foil according to the industrial pattern has transverse strips glued to the surface of the foil on one side, while the other side of the foil web is smooth, as shown in Figure 2. The stabilizing foil according to the industrial pattern is made in the form of a roll of polyethylene foil /1/ with a rough surface, having on its surfaces from the top hot-glued sections of transverse strips /2/, which, attached to the surface of the foil, perpendicularly to its length, with a part of the width /3/ create inclined support plates, which, when covered with the soil of the embankment, stabilize this ground both in the case of a self-contained coating and when a stabilizing geogrid is applied. The stabilizing foil according to the industrial design can be placed on any side along the length of the slope inclination, which makes the strip universal. An important feature of the stabilizing foil according to the industrial design is the shape of the strip in the form of a roll of foil, having perpendicularly to its length attached sections of transverse strips, glued to both surfaces of the foil. An important feature of the stabilizing foil according to the industrial design is that the sections of transverse strips are attached to the foil of the strip over part of its width, while the remaining part of the strip protrudes from the foil, creating whiskers that enable stabilization of the ground or attachment of the stabilizing theocrat.
