Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokretlo zaworu do uniwersalnego zastosowania. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pokretla zaworu przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem i ukladem linii, które nadaja dla pokretla oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy jego identyfikacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku-fotografii, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia pokretlo w widoku aksonometrycznym od strony zewnetrznej, Fig. 2 przedstawia pokretlo w widoku aksonometrycznym od góry, Fig. 3 przedstawia pokretlo w widoku z góry, Fig. 4 przedstawia pokretlo w widoku aksonometrycznym od góry z widocznym logo, Fig. 5 przedstawia pokretlo w wido- ku z góry z widocznym logo DIAMOND oraz napisem PROFESJONALNA ARMATURA, Fig. 6 przed- stawia pokretlo w widoku z boku natomiast Fig. 7 przedstawia przyklad zamontowanego pokretla do zaworu w widoku aksonometrycznym. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego ujawnionego na zalaczonym rysunku-fotografii od Fig. 1 do Fig. 7, stanowi okragly ksztalt bryly pokretla zaworu przejawiajacy sie zamknietym od strony ze- wnetrznej fantazyjnym wyprofilowaniem czesci zblizonej do odcietej beczulki, jak pokazano na rysun- ku Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 4 i Fig. 6. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the valve knob, manifested by the shape and arrangement of lines that give the knob an original appearance that allows its identification. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing-photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the knob in an axonometric view from the outside, Fig. 2 shows the knob in an axonometric view from the top, Fig. 3 shows the knob in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the knob in an axonometric view from the top with a visible logo, Fig. 5 shows the knob in a top view with the visible DIAMOND logo and the inscription PROFESSIONAL ARMATURA, Fig. 6 shows the knob in a side view, and Fig. 7 shows an example of an mounted valve knob in an axonometric view. An essential feature of the industrial design disclosed in the attached drawing-photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 is the round shape of the valve knob body, which is manifested by a fanciful profiling of the part closed from the outside, resembling a cut-off barrel, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 4 and Fig. 6. The closure of the knob body from the outside is a delicate, convex rounding in the shape of a part of a spherical cap, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 6. The subject of the industrial design shown in the drawing-photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 is easy to mount to any valve, while the fanciful arrangement of the lines of the knob's external elements gives this object an aesthetic appearance.
