Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym wy- gladzie i ksztalcie krzesla oraz charakterystycznym zdobnictwie oparcia krzesla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na fotografiach, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku perspektywicznym Fig. 2 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z boku Fig. 3 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z tylu. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 oraz fig. 3, krzeslo posiada charakterystyczne oparcie polaczone z jego tylnymi nogami. W srodkowej czesci oparcia wykonano charakterystyczne wyciecie w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „U". Jak wskazano na fig. 2, oparcie polaczone z tylnymi nogami krzesla, jest luko- wato wklesle. Siedzisko krzesla o ksztalcie rombu wykonano z miekkiego, materialu w kolorze kontrastowym do pozostalej kolorystyki krzesla. Nogi krzesla maja ksztalt scietego ostroslupa o przekroju kwadratu, przy czym przy podstawie przekrój jest mniejszy anizeli w miejscu polaczenia nogi z siedziskiem. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest oryginalny wyglad i ksztalt krzesla, gdzie oparcie, w którego srodkowej czesci wykonano wyciecie w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „U", jest polaczone z tylnymi nogami krzesla i posiada charakterystyczne lukowate wgiecie. The essence of the design is manifested in the original appearance and shape of the chair and the characteristic ornamentation of the chair's backrest. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows the chair in a perspective view Fig. 2 shows the chair in a side view Fig. 3 shows the chair in a back view. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3, the chair has a characteristic backrest connected to its rear legs. In the central part of the backrest, a characteristic cutout in the shape of an inverted "U" is made. As indicated in Fig. 2, the backrest connected to the rear legs of the chair is concave-arched. The diamond-shaped seat of the chair is made of a soft material in a contrasting color to the rest of the chair's color scheme. The chair's legs are shaped like a truncated pyramid with a square cross-section, with the cross-section at the base being smaller than at the point where the leg joins the seat. A significant feature of the industrial design is the original appearance and shape of the chair, where the backrest, with a cutout in the middle in the shape of an inverted "U," is connected to the rear legs of the chair and has a characteristic arched indentation.
