Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stól rozkladany. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginal- nym wygladzie stolu, oryginalnym ksztalcie podparcia i podstawy stolu (tzw. nóg). Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony w figurach), na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia stól rozkladany w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 przedstawia, podpierajaca szklany blat rame stolu, w widoku z boku, Fig. 3 przedstawia podpierajaca szklany blat rame stolu, w widoku z góry. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1, stól rozkladany sklada sie ze szklanego blatu, wspartego na stalo- wej listwie umozliwiajacej jego rozkladanie oraz fantazyjnych dwóch podpór, tzw. nóg stolu. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 oraz fig. 3, szklany, trzyelementowy blat stolu sklada sie z podsta- wowej, srodkowej czesci oraz dwóch bocznych, ruchomych czesci, które rozkladajac sie umozliwiaja powiekszenie blatu. Blat wsparto na charakterystycznej prostopadlosciennej listwie, zbudowanej z dwóch polaczonych ze soba elementów, z których jeden jest wysuwany, umozliwiajac w ten sposób rozlozenie stolu. Prostopadloscienna listwe wyposazono w dwa, usytuowane posrodku wsporniki o przekroju kwadratu oraz skrajne wypusty, które wstrzymuja blat stolu. Jak pokazano na fig. 1 oraz fig. 2 kazda z dwóch podpór stolu jest fantazyjnie wygieta, przyjmu- jac spiralny ksztalt, przy czym podpory maja wyraznie zaokraglone boki i poziome zlobienia, sprawia- jace wrazenie budowy panelowej. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest szklany, rozkladany blat stolu, wsparty na charakterystycznej, dwuelementowej prostopadlosciennej listwie, której jeden element jest wysuwany, umozliwiajac w ten sposób rozlozenie stolu, przy czym listwa zawiera dwa, usytuowane posrodku wsporniki o przekroju kwadratu oraz skrajne wypusty, które wstrzymuja blat stolu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, ze posiada on dwie podpory stolu o charakterystycznym spiralnym ksztalcie i zaokraglonych bokach a takze poziomym uzebrowaniu, sprawiajacym wrazenie budowy panelowej. The essence of the design is manifested in the table's original appearance, the original shape of the table's support and base (so-called legs). The subject of the design is illustrated in the figures, in which: Fig. 1 shows the extendable table in a perspective view; Fig. 2 shows the table frame supporting the glass top in a side view; Fig. 3 shows the table frame supporting the glass top in a top view. As shown in Fig. 1, the extendable table consists of a glass top supported by a steel strip enabling its extension, and two fanciful supports, so-called table legs. As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the three-piece glass tabletop consists of a basic central section and two movable side sections that extend to expand the tabletop. The tabletop is supported by a distinctive rectangular slat, composed of two interconnected elements, one of which extends, allowing the table to be extended. The rectangular slat is equipped with two central square supports and outer projections that hold the tabletop in place. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, each of the two table supports is fancifully curved, adopting a spiral shape, with the supports having distinctly rounded sides and horizontal grooves, giving the impression of a paneled structure. The essential features of the industrial design include a glass, extendable tabletop supported by a distinctive two-piece rectangular slat, one of which extends, allowing the table to be extended. The slat includes two central square supports and outer projections that hold the tabletop in place. Another essential feature of the industrial design is that it has two table supports with a characteristic spiral shape and rounded sides, as well as horizontal ribbing, giving the impression of a paneled structure.
