Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ekspozytor, sluzacy do prezentacji grafik reklamowych, zwlaszcza na stoiskach targowych lub widowiskach i imprezach publicznych, badz plenerowych. Istota ekspozytora wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest jego indywidualna postac, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i niekonwencjonalnej kolorystyce, nadajacej nowe walory wizualne oraz material o specyficznych wlasciwosciach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na ilustracji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia widok ekspozytora od strony frontowej. Jak przedstawiono na ilustracji Fig. 1, ekspozytor wedlug wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego centralna czescia jest slupowy element nosny. Slup nosny wsparty jest na walcowej, podswietlanej podstawie z usztywnieniem od strony podloza. Górne zwienczenie ekspozytora stanowi pierscieniowy, podswietlany fryz na umieszczanie materialów informacyjnych. Miedzy podstawa a fryzem, na czesci ich zewnetrznego obwodu rozpieta jest wspólsrodkowo scianka tylna. Na po- wierzchni slupa nosnego (poszyciu) nakladana jest grafika i elementy informacyjne, np. logotyp wy- stawcy, etykiety cenowe itp. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego ? Istotna cecha ekspozytora jest ksztalt, który w widoku frontowym stanowi wspólsrodkowo polozone wzgledem siebie: walcowa podstawa, usztywniona od strony podloza, slupowy element nosny, pierscieniowy fryz i scianka tylna, rozpieta na ok. polowie obwodów podsta- wy i fryzu. ? The essence of the display according to the industrial design is its individual form, manifested in an original shape and unconventional colors, giving new visual values and a material with specific properties. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the illustration, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the display from the front. As shown in Fig. 1, the display according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that its central part is a columnar load-bearing element. The load-bearing column is supported on a cylindrical, illuminated base with stiffening from the ground side. The upper finial of the display is an annular, illuminated frieze for placing information materials. Between the base and the frieze, a back wall is stretched concentrically over part of their external circumference. Graphics and information elements are applied to the surface of the load-bearing column (plating), e.g. the exhibitor's logo, price labels, etc. Essential features of an industrial design? An essential feature of the display is its shape, which in the front view constitutes concentrically located in relation to each other: a cylindrical base, stiffened from the ground side, a load-bearing column element, an annular frieze and a back wall, stretched over approx. half of the circumferences of the base and frieze.
