Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakladka ozdobna, przeznaczona do mocowania na zderzaku samochodowym. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym nakladke pokazano w widoku czolowym. Nakladki wedlug wzoru sa wyciete z blachy i maja ksztalt wycinka luku kola. Promien luku ma wartosc wynikajaca z ksztaltu zderzaka samochodu, na którym nakladka ma byc mocowana. Równiez dlugosc nakladki jest dostosowana do dlugosci zderzaka. Po nalozeniu na zderzak krawedzie nakladki sa równolegle do krawedzi zderzaka. Na powierzchni zewnetrznej nakladka posiada ozdobne przetlo- czenia, nadajace nakladkom indywidualny charakter, najczesciej dostosowany do zdobien znajduja- cych sie na samochodzie. Cechy istotne wzoru to charakterystyczny ksztalt nakladki i charakterystyczny uklad i ksztalt zdobien, które sa w postaci trapezowych przetloczen na powierzchni nakladki, nadajacych nakladkom indywidualny charakter.
