Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i urządzenie do zaklejania krawędzi wstęg papieru. Urządzenie składa się z zamocowanego na poziomej belce (1) zespołu (2) naciągu poziomej bezkońcowej, niezwilżalnej taśmy (3) napędzanej zespołem kół (5) rozłącznych, nad którą znajduje się głowica (4) klejowa, a zespół belki (1) na prowadnicach (6a, 6b) posiada dwa położenia górne, w którym następuje zadawanie kleju i dolne do przekazania kleju na krawędź wstęgi papieru (2) znajdującą się pod belką (1) w dolnym położeniu.The invention relates to a method and device for gluing the edges of paper webs. Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i urządzenie do zaklejania krawędzi wstęg papieru.The present invention relates to a method and a device for edge sealing of webs of paper.

Ze zgłoszenia patentowego polskiego nr P. 355 806 znany jest sposób i urządzenie do klejenia, zwłaszcza do wytwarzania produktów kompozytowych, gdzie szereg elementów jest ze sobą połączonych, przy czym na co najmniej jednej ze stron każdego z tych elementów nakłada się klej i łączy się je ze sobą, a połączone elementy poddaje się działaniu ciśnienia w prasie. Urządzenie do realizacji tego sposobu posiada jednostkę sterującą zaprogramowaną do realizacji sekwencji, sterującej urządzeniem nakładającym klej i/lub podajnikiem elementu wprowadzając optymalną ilość nałożonego kleju. Ze zgłoszenia patentowego polskiego nr P. 345 524 znany jest sposób klejenia folii termokurczliwej klejem Loctite 3105 oraz urządzenie do stosowania tego sposobu.
