Opis wzoru przemyslowego Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac oslony znicza przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i elementach zdobniczych. Znane sa oslony, które maja ksztalt bryl zdobionych elementami wypuklymi i motywami sakralnymi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 i fig. 2 pokazuje czesci sciany ze zdobieniami, fig. 3 jest przekrojem poziomym oslony a fig. 4 pokazuje oslone w rozlozeniu. Oslona znicza pokazana na fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3 i fig. 4 ma ksztalt zblizony do stozka scietego, posadowionego na niskiej walcowej podstawie i zakonczonego dwuelementowym walcowym kolnierzem, którego sciana ma wypukle zdobienia podobne do gotyckiego okna, z których dwa naprzeciwlegle maja widoczne wewnatrz rysunki ryby chrzescijan z dodatkowym zdobieniami w posta- ci lezki w rozdwojonym ogonie a po zewnetrznej stronie okien widoczne sa zgrubienia wychodzace od podstawy i dochodzace do kolnierza, o zwiekszajacej sie szerokosci, podobne do krzywej zwanej ewolwenta, której konce mieszcza nad szczytami okien. Covers are known in the form of solids decorated with convex elements and religious motifs. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 show parts of the wall with decorations, Fig. 3 is a horizontal cross-section of the cover, and Fig. 4 shows the cover unfolded. The cover of the candle shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 has a shape similar to a truncated cone, set on a low cylindrical base and topped with a two-element cylindrical collar, the wall of which has convex decorations similar to a Gothic window, two of which, opposite, have drawings of a Christian fish visible inside with additional decorations in the form of a teardrop with a split tail, and on the outside of the windows there are visible bulges extending from the base and reaching the collar, of increasing width, similar to a curve called an involute, the ends of which are located above the tops of the windows. Essential features of the industrial design The candle cover according to the industrial design has a shape similar to a truncated cone, set on a low cylindrical base and topped with a two-element cylindrical collar, the wall of which has convex decorations similar to a Gothic window, two of which opposite have drawings of a Christian fish visible inside with additional decorations in the form of a teardrop with a split tail, and on the outside of the windows there are visible bulges extending from the base and reaching the collar, with increasing width, similar to a curve called an involute whose ends are located above the tops of the windows as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
