Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka z karmy dla ptaków przeznaczona do skarmiania jej przez ptaki dziko zyjace. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia figurke z karmy dla ptaszków w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 przedstawia odmiane figurki z karmy dla ptaszków, a fig. 3 przedstawia kolejna odmiane figurki z karmy dla ptaków w widoku z przodu. Istotna cecha charakterystyczna figurki z karmy dla ptaków jest to, ze ma w oplocie osadzono duza kule (1) z karmy dla ptaków, imitujaca tulów i nad nia w oplocie (1’) mniejsza kule (2) z karmy dla ptaków, imitujaca glowe, zas na mniejszej kuli (2) w oplocie (1’) osadzono sypka karme dla ptaków imitujaca wlosy (3), natomiast w przewezeniu (4) pomiedzy kulami (1) i (2) zamocowano w dwóch oplotach (1’) luzne ziarenka dla ptaków imitujace rece (5), a duza kula (1) ma zdobienia (6) imitujace guziki, natomiast na malej kuli (2) osadzono zdobienia (7) imitujace oczy i nos, zas calosc postaci osadzona jest na zawiesiu (8), przy czym poszczególne elementy figurki z karmy dla ptaków polaczone sa trwale w calosc, jak pokazano na fig. 1. Istotna cecha odmiany figurki z karmy dla ptaków jest to, ze oplot (1’) z sypkiej karmy dla ptaków imitujacy wlosy (3) oraz oplot z sypkiej karma dla ptaków imitujacy rece (5), maja kolor zielony, jak pokazano na fig. 2. Istotna cecha kolejnej odmiany figurki z karmy dla ptaków jest to, ze oplot (1’) z sypkiej karmy dla ptaków imitujacy wlosy (3) i oplot z sypkiej karmy dla ptaków imitujacy rece (5), maja kolor brazowy jak pokazano na fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where fig. 1 shows the bird food figurine in a front view, fig. 2 shows a variation of the bird food figurine, and fig. 3 shows another variation of the bird food figurine in a front view. An essential characteristic feature of the bird food figurine is that it has a large bird food ball (1) embedded in the braid, imitating the body, and above it in the braid (1') a smaller bird food ball (2) imitating the head, while on the smaller ball (2) in the braid (1') loose bird food imitating hair (3) is embedded, while in the narrowing (4) between the balls (1) and (2) loose bird seeds imitating hands (5) are attached in two braids (1'), and the large ball (1) has decorations (6) imitating buttons, while on the small ball (2) decorations (7) imitating eyes and nose are embedded, and the whole figure is mounted on a suspension (8), the individual elements of the bird food figurine being permanently connected into a whole, as shown in Fig. 1. An essential feature of the bird food figurine variety is that the braid (1') of loose bird food imitating hair (3) and the braid of loose bird food imitating hands (5) are green in color, as shown in Fig. 2.
