Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób jubilerski, w postaci zawieszki w ksztalcie motyla. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ksztalcie i wykonaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji Fig. 1. Zawieszka w ksztalcie motyla, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi stylizowany korpus ze skrzydlem skladajacym sie z dwóch czesci. Postac motyla pokazana jest w pozycji gdzie z boku widoczny jest korpus oraz dwa zlozone ze soba skrzydla, widoczne z boku jako jedno skrzydlo. Skrzydlo w widoku z boku jest dwuczesciowe. Górna czesci skrzydla motyla jest wieksza, dolna czesci skrzydla motyla jest mniejsza. W górnej czesci korpusu motyla zamocowane jest oko wykonane z niebieskiego spinela. Korpus motyla laczy sie z dwuczesciowym skrzydlem, którego ksztalty sa nieregularne a krawedzie pofalowane. W krawedziach dolnej oraz górnej czesci skrzydla motyla zakute sa kamienie odmiany zielony alpinit. W kazdej z czesci skrzydla motyla umocowany jest bursztyn w ksztalcie lezki. Bursztyn w górnej czesci skrzydla motyla jest wiekszy niz bursztyn w dolnej czesci skrzydla motyla. Zawieszka posiada z tylu ucho niewidoczne na ilustracji. Zawieszka zostala wykonana ze srebra pozlacanego lub ze srebra rodowanego. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Zawieszka, istotna tym, ze ma ksztalt motyla, skladajacego sie z korpusu oraz polaczonego z nim dwuczesciowego skrzydla. Postac motyla pokazana jest w pozycji z boku, w której dwa skrzydla sa zlozone ze soba i widoczne jako jedno skrzydlo. W górnej czesci korpusu motyla zamocowane jest niebieskie oko. Górna czesc skrzydla jest wieksza od dolnej czesci skrzydla. Skrzydlo motyla ma nieregularne ksztalty o pofalowanych krawedziach, w których zakute sa zielone kamienie jubilerskie. W górnej oraz dolnej czesci skrzydla motyla umocowany jest bursztyn w ksztalcie lezki. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, manifested in its original shape and workmanship. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1. The butterfly-shaped pendant, according to the industrial design, is a stylised body with a wing consisting of two parts. The butterfly figure is shown in a position where the body and two wings put together are visible from the side, visible from the side as one wing. The wing in a side view is in two parts. The upper part of the butterfly wing is larger, the lower part of the butterfly wing is smaller. An eye made of blue spinel is attached to the upper part of the butterfly body. The butterfly body is connected to a two-part wing, the shapes of which are irregular and the edges are wavy. The edges of the lower and upper parts of the butterfly wing are set with green alpinite stones. A teardrop-shaped amber is attached to each part of the butterfly wing. The amber in the upper part of the butterfly wing is larger than the amber in the lower part of the butterfly wing. The pendant has an ear at the back, which is not visible in the illustration. The pendant is made of gold-plated silver or rhodium-plated silver. Significant features of the industrial design: The pendant, significant in that it has the shape of a butterfly, consisting of a body and a two-part wing connected to it. The butterfly figure is shown from the side, in which the two wings are folded together and visible as one wing. A blue eye is attached to the upper part of the butterfly body. The upper part of the wing is larger than the lower part of the wing. The butterfly wing has irregular shapes with wavy edges, in which green gemstones are set. A teardrop-shaped amber is attached to the upper and lower parts of the butterfly wing.
