Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga meblowa, wykonana z metalu lub/i tworzywa sztucznego, stosowana jako wyposazenie mebli, zwlaszcza lózek, sof, kanap i szaf spelniajaca funk- cje wspierania i utrzymania tych mebli w stabilnej pozycji. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie i usytuowaniu wzgledem siebie jego elementów skladowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1 - fig. 5, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia noge meblowa w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama noge w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 - te sama noge w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - te sama noge w widoku od spodu a fig. 5 - te sama noge w widoku z góry. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, particularly the shape and relative arrangement of its component elements. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings Fig. 1-5, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture leg in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same leg from the front, Fig. 3 shows the same leg from the side, Fig. 4 shows the same leg from the bottom, and Fig. 5 shows the same leg from the top. The furniture leg according to the industrial design is a horizontally located tubular element with an elliptical cross-section, on both ends of which plugs are mounted with a bottom with an identical elliptical external profile, having a circumferential collar adjacent to the external profile surface of this tubular element and an axially located round hole provided with a plugging element, and furthermore, on the upper semi-elliptical surface of this tubular element, two round tubular supports are mounted, located perpendicularly to its longitudinal axis and along this axis, to the upper faces of which rectangular plate elements are attached, provided with mounting holes located in their corners and in their geometric centers, while on the opposite lower semi-elliptical surface of this tubular element, two round plastic plate feet are mounted, located in the vertical axes of both upper tubular supports as shown in drawings Fig. 1 - Fig. 5. Rectangular plate leg elements according to the industrial design are attached with screws through their mounting holes to the lower horizontal plate of, for example, a wardrobe or a suitable element of another piece of furniture.
