The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique souvenir in the form of a decorative comb. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a slightly enlarged front view of the souvenir in the form of a decorative comb with a closed handle end, Fig. 2 shows a front view of the souvenir in the form of a comb with an open handle end, Fig. 3 shows a back view of the souvenir in the form of a comb with a closed handle end, Fig. 4 shows a magnified oblique view of the comb handle with the handle end removed, and Fig. 5 shows a significantly enlarged end of the comb handle. This souvenir in the form of a decorative comb consists of a flat plate with teeth at the bottom, inseparably connected to a handle, which serves as the comb's handle. The handle has a tip that is movably attached to the comb's handle by a hinge. The comb's elongated teeth, tapering downward, extend along the entire length of the plate, and its edges at the top and bottom are concave in the shape of a concave arc. The upper, curved edge of the flat plate is slightly convex, curved at the front and merging at an angle close to a right angle into a front tooth that tapers downward. The comb's handle is oval in shape with a hollow interior, formed by two wider surfaces: the front and back, and two narrow surfaces: the bottom and top. At the end, the two wider surfaces of the handle, the front and rear, are connected by a circular crossbar that serves as an axis for the handle's end-piece clamps. The narrow lower surface of the handle has a recess for the protruding lower wall of the end-piece clamp, creating a hinged connection between the handle and its end. On the other hand, the narrow upper surface of the handle's end has a protruding, curved latch inside that secures the end, forming a complete, detachable comb handle. The oval end, adjacent to the handle, is hollow inside and detachably connected to the handle, has a rear surface cut with a circular arc. The front of the flat comb plate above the dentition is engraved with a circular clock face, with the hours 3, 6, 9, and 12 marked numerically, and the remaining hours marked with dots. The circular clock face is located in the center of the front surface of the flat plate and is intended to engrave the clock hands set to the time of the child's birth. Longitudinal lines extend along both sides of the clock face, dividing the front surface of the flat plate into longitudinal strips. For example, on the left side are five longitudinal strips, three of which are filled with ornaments, while on the right side are three longitudinal strips, two of which are filled with ornaments composed of crosses, stars, dashes, dots, and wavy lines. The two free strips on the left side have the abbreviations "cm" placed near the clock face. and below kg. The remaining free area of the strips is intended for engraving numbers indicating the length of the newborn in centimeters and its weight in kilograms. On the right side, there is one free area intended for engraving the name of the child for whom the keepsake comb is intended. The outermost teeth of the comb are wider and have a front surface covered with an ornament in the form of a wavy line. The rear surface of the flat plate is covered with an engraved decorative ornament consisting of five-leafed flowers of various sizes, and at the bottom is an engraved inscription: "Proprietary design." The flat plate of the comb, along with its teeth, is permanently connected to its oval handle. The wider front and rear surfaces of the handle are convex and widen towards the tip, while the narrow upper surface, which widens towards the tip, is slightly concave, and the narrow lower surface is slightly convex. The entire oval surface of the handle is covered with an engraved decorative ornament in the form of five-petalled flowers of various sizes. Among the engraved flowers on the front and rear surfaces of the handle are also engraved baby's faces, one with short hair and the other with long, curly locks. The funnel-shaped hollow interior of the handle is designed to hold a lock of the newborn's hair. The souvenir, in the form of a decorative comb, is made of silver or another metal or its alloy. Essential features of the industrial design A souvenir in the form of a decorative comb consists of a flat plate equipped with teeth at the bottom that narrow downwards and extend along the entire length of the plate, inseparably connected to a handle constituting the handle of the comb, which has a tip mounted movably by means of a hinge, wherein the arched upper edge of the flat plate has a slightly convex shape, bent into an arc PL 20273 3 at the front and passing at an angle close to a right angle into the front tooth, while at the back it passes into the narrow upper surface of the handle, which together with two wider surfaces, the front and rear, and the narrow lower surface widening towards the end, creates an oval handle with a convex shape, hollow inside, the two wider surfaces, the front and rear of the handle, are connected by a circular crossbar constituting an axis for the grip end rings, and the narrow lower surface of the grip has a notch for the protrusion of the protruding lower wall of the grip end ring, creating a hinged connection, while on the other side, the narrow upper surface of the tip has a protruding bent hook inside, which immobilizes the tip adjacent to the grip, which is hollow inside and has a rear surface cut with a circular arc, wherein all surfaces of the comb together with the first and last teeth are decorated with engraved ornaments, and so: the front side of the flat plate has a centrally placed engraved round clock face with the hours 3, 6, 9, 12 marked in numbers and the remaining hours marked with dots, from which longitudinal lines extend almost horizontal, dividing the surfaces on the left side into five longitudinal stripes, three of which are covered with ornaments representing a combination of stars, lines, dots and wavy lines, and two empty ones are engraved with the abbreviation cm in the upper stripe and kg. in the lower stripe, and on the right side of the clock face, the surface is divided into three stripes, one of which, the middle one, is empty and the other two are covered with engraved ornaments, while the entire rear surface of the flat plate as well as the entire oval surface of the handle and its tip are decorated with engraved ornaments representing five-leafed flowers of various sizes, but on the front and rear surfaces of the oval handle there are engraved faces of a child with short hair and another with long curly locks situated between the flowers as shown in the attached illustrative material fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.PL 20273 4 Illustration of the design Department of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
