The industrial design applied for protection is shown in illustrations Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a, Fig. 5 and Fig. 5a, Fig. 6 and Fig. 6a - present its subsequent forms, i.e. variants of the industrial design. List of varieties of the industrial design: 1) lamp - fig. 1 and fig. 1a, 2) lamp with cup-shaped lampshades - fig. 2 and fig. 2a, 3) lamp with three arms - fig. 3 and fig. 3a, 4) lamp with three arms and cup-shaped lampshades - fig. 4 and fig. 4a, 5) wall lamp - fig. 5 and fig. 5a, 6) wall lamp with cup-shaped lampshade - fig. 6 and fig. 6a. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, i.e. the lamp, is that: - the highest element of the lamp is shaped like a bowl-shaped element, to the surface of which, centrally from the bottom, decorative glass elements are attached, one in the shape of a small ball and the other - attached to the ball - larger, in the shape of a shiny, flat teardrop; - from the surface of the bowl-shaped element several lamp arms extend essentially horizontally, spaced evenly in relation to the glass elements; - each of the lamp arms has the shape of a profiled, thin tube, initially – for a short section – straight, pointing generally downwards, and then bent generally horizontally and C-shaped, through an arcuate inflection and with the outer end pointing slightly downwards, wherein - each of the arms closer to the free end is interlaced with the two neighbouring arms, i.e. the outer end of one arm is placed over the arcuate inflection of the other, neighbouring arm and pointing slightly towards the centre of the lamp, so that, as a result, the outline of the lamp arms is enclosed within a figure in a shape resembling a circle; - from each of the lamp arms, generally closer to the point of the arcuate inflection of the arm, a rod is led out, profiled slightly arcuately towards the centre of the lamp and pointing slightly downwards; - the outer end of each rod is terminated by a decorative glass element, elongated in the shape of a flattened teardrop; - the outer end of each arm is terminated by a cup-shaped element, beneath which the lampshade is placed. The design is protected for its three-dimensional form, without any indication of its colors. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, i.e. a lamp with cup-shaped lampshades, is all the features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a described above, describing the lamp, while an additional feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a is that: - each lampshade is made of matt white glass and resembles a slightly barrel-shaped cup turned downwards. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, i.e. a lamp with three arms, is the above-described features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, describing the lamp, while an additional feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a is that: - from the surface of the bowl-shaped element three lamp arms extend substantially horizontally, spaced evenly in relation to the glass elements; - each of the arms is somehow placed over the arched bend of the adjacent arm, as a result, the outline of the lamp arms is also enclosed within a figure resembling a circle.PL 20275 3 An essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a, i.e. a lamp with three arms and with cup-shaped lampshades, are all the above-described features of the variant of the design shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, describing a lamp with three arms, while an additional feature of the variant of the industrial design of the object shown in the illustrations Fig. 4 and Fig. 4a - is that: - each of the three lampshades is made of matt white glass and resembles a slightly barrel-shaped goblet turned downwards. An essential feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 5a, i.e. the lamp, has most of the features of the design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, while an additional feature of the variant of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1a, i.e. the lamp, is that: - the shape of the highest element of the lamp resembles a cup-shaped element; - a lamp arm extends essentially horizontally from the surface of the cup-shaped element; - the lamp arm has the shape of a profiled, thin tube, initially straight for a short section, and then bent C-shaped, into an arc-shaped bend, whereby - the arm closer to the free end is braided, i.e. as a result, the outline of the lamp arms is enclosed within a figure resembling a loop; - from the lamp arm, generally closer to the point of the arc-shaped bend of this arm, a slightly arc-shaped and almost parallel rod is led out; - the outer end of the rod is a glass decorative element elongated into the shape of a flattened teardrop; - the shorter end of the arm is a cup-shaped element under which the lamp shade is placed.
