Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest worek na smieci. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltu, orna- mentacji i kolorystyki worka na smieci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia rozlozony worek na smieci, fig. 2 przedstawia czesciowo zlozony worek, fig. 3 przedsta- wia zlozony worek w widoku z jednej strony, fig. 4 przedstawia zlozony worek w widoku z drugiej stro- ny, fig. 5 przedstawia wypelniony i zwiazany u góry worek. Worek na smieci wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: w dolnej czesci worek ma gwiazdzisty zgrzew stanowiacy dno worka, w górnej czesci worek ma otwór o prostej krawedzi, natomiast od dna do otworu worka biegna szerokie pasy, majace jednakowa szerokosc na calej swojej dlugosci, przy czym pasy maja na przemian barwe jasna i ciemna, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig. 1 do fig. 5. The novelty and individual character of the design is manifested in the features of the lines, contours, shape, ornamentation and colours of the garbage bag. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows an unfolded garbage bag, Fig. 2 shows a partially folded bag, Fig. 3 shows a folded bag from one side, Fig. 4 shows a folded bag from the other side, Fig. 5 shows a filled bag tied at the top. Garbage bag according to the industrial design, has the following essential features: in the lower part the bag has a star-shaped weld constituting the bottom of the bag, in the upper part the bag has an opening with a straight edge, while from the bottom to the opening of the bag run wide stripes, having the same width along their entire length, the stripes being alternating light and dark in color, as shown in the attached illustration, from fig. 1 to fig. 5.
