Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac ssawki odkurzacza, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Ssawka odkurzacza wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, obejmu- jaca czesc dolna i trzysegmentowa czesc górna, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc dolna ma ksztalt szescioscianu, któregopodstawa dolna i górna ma zarys rombu z zaokraglonymi naroza- mi, a na kazdym narozu o zarysie kata ostrego znajduje sie zderzak majacy zarys litery "C", posrodku którego usytuowane jest wyciecie w ksztalcie litery "U". Od strony spodniej czesci dolnej wystaje wkladka, w polu której, w widoku z do- lu, widoczne sa: dwa symetryczne obszary, kazdy majacy ksztalt trójkata równoramiennego, a pomiedzy nimi centralne koliste wybranie. Od strony wierzchniej czesci dolnej widocz- na jest centralna, pierscieniowa nakladka, w srodku której usytuowana jest wypukla wkladka, z której wypietrza sie dolny segment czesci górnej majacy ksztalt stozkowaty, zas segment srodkowy i segment górny maja ksztalty rur. Segment srodkowy stanowi rure z kolnierzem, a segment górny ma przy górnej krawedzi wybranie o zarysie "U", a ponizej tego wybrania po- lozony jest przycisk majacy w widoku z góry zarys prostokata z zaokraglonymi narozami, którego pole jest podzielone linia srodkowa i w czesci górnej pola znajduje sie kolisty obszar. PL PL PLVacuum Cleaner Nozzle The design registration right is valid from: 26 January 2001 Priority: 27 July 2000 (WIPO) The subject of the ornamental design is a vacuum cleaner nozzle. The essence of the design is a new form of a vacuum cleaner nozzle, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the vacuum cleaner nozzle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the nozzle in a front view, fig. 3 - the nozzle in a back view, fig. 4 - the nozzle in a side view, fig. 5 - the nozzle in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the nozzle in a top view, and fig. 7 - the nozzle in a bottom view. A vacuum cleaner nozzle in the decorative design, comprising a lower section and a three-segment upper section, is characterized by a lower section in the shape of a cube, the lower and upper bases of which have a rhombus shape with rounded corners, and at each acute-angled corner there is a bumper in the shape of the letter "C," in the center of which is a U-shaped cutout. An insert protrudes from the underside of the lower section, within which, when viewed from below, two symmetrical areas are visible, each in the shape of an isosceles triangle, and a central circular recess between them. From the top of the lower part, a central, annular overlay is visible, with a convex insert located in the center, from which the lower, conical segment of the upper part protrudes, while the middle and upper segments are tubular in shape. The middle segment is a pipe with a flange, and the upper segment has a "U"-shaped recess at its upper edge. Below this recess is a button. In a top view, the button has the outline of a rectangle with rounded corners, divided by a center line, and the upper part of the field has a circular area. PL PL PL
