Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta, przeznaczona do oznaczania odziezy i innych towarów przeznaczonych zwlaszcza dla dzieci. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie gra- ficznym, w jego ksztalcie, kolorystyce i rozmieszczeniu elementów slownych na etykiecie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane etykiety w widoku ogólnym, fig. 2 - druga odmiane etykiety w widoku ogólnym, fig. 3 - trzecia odmiane etykiety w widoku ogólnym a fig. 4 - czwarta odmiane etykiety w widoku ogólnym. Etykieta wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostokata, w którym umieszczony jest rysunek postaci wy- obrazajacej istote z bajki, obok której lub ponizej której rozmieszczony jest napis ZOMBIE DASH, wykonany duzymi literami o charakterystycznej wyrózniajacej sie grafice od pozostalych napisów, usytuowanych powyzej i/lub ponizej charakterystycznego napisu. Etykiety wedlug wszystkich odmian wzoru uwidocznione na fig. 1 - 4 zawieraja rysunek postaci o duzej zblizonej do okraglej glowie z wystajacymi od góry dlugimi uszami o zarysie owalnym. Glowa z uszami stanowi ponad polowe calej wysokosci postaci. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the item manifested in the graphic layout, its shape, colors and the arrangement of word elements on the label. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the first version of the label in a general view, Fig. 2 - the second version of the label in a general view, Fig. 3 - the third version of the label in a general view and Fig. 4 - the fourth version of the label in a general view. The label according to the pattern has the shape of a rectangle, in which there is a drawing of a figure representing a creature from a fairy tale, next to which or below which there is an inscription ZOMBIE DASH, made in large letters with a characteristic graphic that stands out from the other inscriptions, placed above and/or below the characteristic inscription. Labels according to all variations of the pattern shown in fig. 1 - 4 contain a drawing of a figure with a large, almost round head with long, oval ears protruding from the top. The head with ears constitutes more than half of the entire height of the figure. In the lower half of the head there is a face, which is a transverse oval element with symmetrically placed eyes in the shape of ellipses. The head is joined to an oval torso directly with short legs, while a tail tapering towards the end with an arrow extends from the torso. Directly from the head are arms with oval ends and protruding thumbs. In the middle of the torso, a five-pointed star with slightly rounded ends is applied. The main elements of the figure, which include the head with ears, torso with arms, legs and tail, are made in red with an additional print resembling a fading newspaper print in black. Meanwhile, the face and the star are in white, and the eyes are in black. In the middle of the label, there is a stylized inscription ZOMBIE DASH, made of large letters drawn in a special font with the word DASH placed under the word ZOMBIE. In particular, the letters Z, M and D look worn - drawn with chalk. The letters O and I are made of five-pointed stars. The letter B is full and thick with a visible loss of its upper part. The letter E looks like it was drawn with a brush, its arms rise diagonally upwards. The letters A and S are drawn with a wavy pattern, and the letter H has pointed ends and an element in the shape of a tail topped with an arrow on the right side. The letters from the word ZOMBIE and the letters A and S from the word DASH are made in black, while the remaining letters D and H are in red. In addition, below the word DASH in a horizontal arrangement, there is an inscription in English from L I T T L E C R E A T I V E, with the first word written in lowercase letters, and the remaining words in uppercase letters with increased spaces between them. Below this inscription at the bottom of the label there is an inscription in small font in English original design handmade with, with a small heart incorporated between the words design and handmade. At the end of this inscription there is the word L O V E, the capital letters of which are placed in rectangular frames, slightly tilted alternately in both directions. As shown in Fig. 1, in the first version of the design the label contains all the features described above, with the hands of the figure led directly from the head being placed along the torso. It is additionally characterized by the fact that all the inscriptions are placed next to the drawing of the described figure, while the inscriptions from L I T T L E C R E A T l V E and original design handmade with L O V E are made in black. In the second design variation shown in Fig. 2, the label contains all the features of the first variation, but additionally has the inscription facebook.com/ZombieDashKids placed at the top, made in red. In the third design variation shown in Fig. 3, the label contains all the features of the second variation, with the difference that the inscription facebook.com/ZombieDashKids is made in black instead of red. In addition, the figure shown in the drawing has its head turned slightly to the side and its torso turned with its arms stretched forward. Additionally, it contains three different-sized five-pointed red stars, placed diagonally between the figure's leg and the letter D of the word DASH, with the smallest star placed at the leg and the largest at the letter.PL 20321 3 In the fourth variation of the design shown in fig. 4, the label is characterized by the fact that it contains the inscription ZOMBIE DASH placed in the lower half of the label across its entire width, above which is placed in the upper half a drawing of a figure who has his arms spread out to the sides with one hand holding a string, connected to a black five-pointed star with rounded arm ends, placed next to the head. Additionally, it contains three different sized five-pointed red stars, located between the figure's leg and the letter D of the word DASH as shown in the attached illustration, fig. 3. The label according to the fourth variant of the rectangular design is characterized by the fact that it contains all the essential features of the first variant of the design with the difference that the inscription ZOMBIE DASH is located in the lower half of the label across its entire width, above which there is a drawing of a figure in the upper half, with its arms spread out to the sides and one hand holding a string connected to a black five-pointed star with rounded arm ends, located next to the head.
