Description
Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest rynna przenośnika zgrzebłowego przeznaczonego do transportu różnych materiałów.The subject of the invention is a trough of a scraper conveyor intended for transporting various materials.
Znana, typowa rynna przenośnika zgrzebłowego, stosowanego w górnictwie, stanowi konstrukcję spawaną i składa się z dwóch specjalnych kształtowników o profilu E, zwróconych ku sobie i trwale połączonych w środku wysokości płaskim, prostokątnym dnem. The known, typical chute of a scraper conveyor used in mining is a welded structure and consists of two special E-sections facing each other and permanently connected in the middle of the height with a flat, rectangular bottom. To the sides of the sections, elements for joining successive gutters and for attaching additional equipment, such as gates or spurs, are attached. Special E-profiles facilitate the construction of the gutters, but the number of profile varieties is determined, which automatically limits the possibility of free design of new gutters. The materials used for their construction are characterized by high abrasion resistance, but are also difficult to weld, which consequently requires the use of a special welding technology. If a part of the gutter becomes worn out, for example the bottom, it is necessary to replace the entire gutter.
A gutter is known from the Polish patent description No. 165055, which consists of a bottom and four identical sections. The bottom has the shape of a rectangular plate, one shorter side is slightly convex and the other is correspondingly concave. The shorter sides along their entire length are slightly thinner than the bottom, with the first shorter side being thinned from the bottom and the other side thinned from the top. Thanks to this, the bottoms of successive gutters are overlapped. Two sections are welded to each of the long sides of the bottom, the leg of the first section is welded to the lower surface and the leg of the second section to the upper surface of the bottom, so that the profile of the first section mirrors the profile of the second section in relation to the plane of the bottom. The section has an asymmetric profile, similar in shape to the letter T. The end of the section leg is bent towards the center of the bottom. The leg together with the first part of the upper shelf, which is also directed towards the center, is a guide for the scraper. The second part of the top shelf lies slightly higher than the first part and faces the outside of the gutter.
The essence of the scraper conveyor chute, provided with fasteners and consisting of a bottom, with two opposite sides adjacent to two sections, the first section adjacent to the bottom surface of the bottom and the second section adjacent to the upper surface, consists in the fact that the section is an angle section the first wall is attached to the first pair of angles and a second wall is attached to the second pair of angles.
The first wall is preferably connected to the second wall by two crossbars lying on both sides of the gutter. The first wall is preferably connected to the second wall by a floor plate. Depending on the gutter version, sockets or flanges are preferably attached to the sides of the first wall and the second wall.
The gutter according to the invention is simple and can be used in various types of scraper conveyors. The side walls function here both as well-known gates and are also a supporting element of the gutter. An additional advantage of the gutter is the possibility of using various materials for its construction, regardless of their welding properties. It is easy to dismantle such a gutter and replace the worn element, even in the place where it is used.
Przedmiot wynalazku przedstawiony jest w przykładach wykonania na rysunku, na którym:The subject of the invention is presented in the examples of embodiments in the drawing, where:
• fig. 1 przedstawia półwidok-półprzekrój przez rynnę w wersji przegubowej;- Figure 1 shows a half-section view through the gutter in the articulated version;
• fig. 2 przedstawia widok z boku rynny pokazanej na fig. 1;- fig. 2 shows a side view of the chute shown in fig. 1;
• fig. 3 przedstawia półwidok-półprzekrój przez rynnę w wersji sztywnej;- Fig. 3 shows a half-section view through the gutter in the rigid version;
• fig. 3.- fig. 4 shows a longitudinal section through the gutter shown in fig. 3.
The articulated gutter shown in Figures 1 and 2 consists of a rectangular bottom (1) which is fitted inside the housing (2), the first longer edge of the bottom (1) being between the first angle section (3a) and with a second angle bar (3b) which are screwed with screws (4) to the first wall (5a) of the housing (2). Additionally, through the first longer edge of the bottom (1), there are bolts (6), the ends of which are seated simultaneously in the first angle (3a) and in the second angle (3b), forming the first pair of angles (7a). Correspondingly, a second symmetrical pair of angles (7b) is attached to the second wall (5b). The angle bar (3a) adjoins the bottom surface (1) with the end of the first arm, the outer surface of which in turn adjoins the wall (5a), while its second arm points towards the gutter axis (8) and together with the bottom (1) forms a guide for the scrapers (9). The second leg of the angle bar (3a) is perpendicular to the first leg, the lower surface of the first leg is inclined at a certain angle to the bottom surface (1),
PL 203 229 B1 odpowiednio do zarysu zgrzebła (9). Długość ściany (5a) jest nieco mniejsza niż długość kątownika (3a).PL 203 229 B1 according to the contour of the rake (9). The lower edges of the first wall (5a) and the second wall (5b) are permanently connected by a floor plate (10) which together with them forms the housing (2). On the outer surfaces of the first wall (5a) and the second wall (5b), there are sockets (11) for connectors that allow for articulation of successive gutters to each other. The length of the wall (5a) is slightly smaller than the length of the angle bar (3a).
The gutter in the rigid version is shown in figures 3 and 4. The gutter, like in the previous version, comprises a bottom, four angles and a casing. Both shorter edges of the bottom (15) are additionally supported on brackets (16a, 16b) that connect the edges of the side walls (17a, 17b). The supports (16a, 16b) lie in the plane of the bottom (15), which is thinned from below at the points of contact with them, the bottom (15) on the one hand not reaching the gutter face, and on the other hand protruding beyond them. Thanks to this, the bottoms of successive gutters are overlapped. The fronts of the side walls (17a, 17b) as well as the floor plate (18) are provided with flanges (19) that allow for rigid connection of successive gutters. Angle (20) is made of two slats welded together at right angles.
