Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element malej architektury ogrodowej w postaci kuli bedacej odwzorowaniem pilki do golfa, wykonanej z betonu architektonicznego. Element malej architektury ma zastosowanie jako element dekoracyjny w parkach, ogrodach, skwerach, moze takze stanowic samodzielny element sluzacy jako ogranicznik wjazdu na podjazdach samochodowych. Zglaszany do ochrony element ozdobny jest przeznaczony zarówno dla klienta indywi- dualnego jak i instytucjonalnego. Zgodny z wzorem przemyslowym element malej architektury ogrodowej jest przedstawiony na fig. 1, natomiast na fig. 2 pokazano wizualizacje terenu ogrodowego z rozmieszczonymi na podlozu trawiastym piecioma elementami ozdobnymi w postaci kul zgodnymi z wzorem przemyslowym. Jest oczywistym, ze ochronie podlega samoistnie postac przedmiotu, bez palety, na której dla celów zobrazowania umieszczono wytwór zgodny z wzorem przemyslowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Kula o gladkiej strukturze betonu architektonicznego z doskonalym odwzorowaniem wklesniec równomiernie rozlozonych na jej powierzchni. Imituje w powiekszeniu postac pilki do golfa. The small garden architecture element is used as a decorative element in parks, gardens, and squares, and can also serve as a standalone element serving as a driveway barrier. The decorative element submitted for protection is intended for both individual and institutional clients. The small garden architecture element consistent with the industrial design is shown in Fig. 1, while Fig. 2 shows a visualization of a garden area with five decorative elements in the form of spheres consistent with the industrial design, arranged on a grassy surface. It is obvious that the form of the object is protected independently, without the pallet on which the product consistent with the industrial design was placed for illustration purposes. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: A sphere with a smooth architectural concrete structure, with a perfect reproduction of the concavities evenly distributed on its surface. Imitates the shape of a golf ball when enlarged.
