Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw kanapa, przeznaczona zasadniczo do wyposazenia pomieszczenia goscinnego lub salonu. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony w wersjach wykonania, które zachowuja to samo wzornictwo, a róznia sie ukladem poszczególnych segmentów skladowych i ich konfiguracja. Oryginalnosc wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie siedzisk i poduch, w ksztalcie konturów boczków i oparc oraz w ukladzie linii przeszyc. Ponadto kanapa ma mozliwosc rozkladania wybranych siedzisk z pozycji do siedzenia w pozycje do lezenia, mozliwosc zmiany pozycji ruchomych zaglówków oraz jest wyposazona w system naglosnienia zlozony z glosników i panelu sterowania, co podnosi uzytecznosc i umozliwia zmiane ogólnego wygladu. Kazdy element siedziskowy posiada u dolu plaska tapicerowana oslone, zas powyzej przynajmniej jedna gladka, poduche siedziska, która na przedniej krawedzi ma ozdobne przeszycie, uksztaltowane lukowo do dolu. Z tylu znajduje sie szerokie, tapicerowane oparcie, przechodzace w tylna scianke mebla, która jest wyprofilowana skosnie ku dolowi. Na oparciu jest umieszczona przynajmniej jedna zasadniczo prostokatna poducha oparcia o wyoblonych narozach i krawedziach, z glebokim poziomym przeszyciem, umieszczonym nieznacznie ponizej polowy jej wysokosci. The originality of the industrial design is evident in the shape of the seats and cushions, the contours of the side and backrests, and the arrangement of the stitching lines. Furthermore, the sofa can be reclined from a sitting position to a lying position, has adjustable headrests, and is equipped with a sound system consisting of speakers and a control panel, which enhances its usability and allows for changes to the overall appearance. The subject of the industrial design is a sofa, presented in versions that retain the same design but differ in the arrangement of individual components and their configuration. The sofa comprises single outer and middle seating elements, two side sections, and an optional corner element and a triple fold-out element. Each seat element has a flat upholstered cover at the bottom, and above it at least one smooth seat cushion, the front edge of which has decorative stitching, arching downwards. At the rear is a wide, upholstered backrest, which flows into the rear wall of the furniture, which is profiled diagonally downwards. The backrest features at least one substantially rectangular backrest cushion with rounded corners and edges, with a deep horizontal stitching located slightly below halfway up. At least one movable headrest is located on the upper edge of the backrest, excluding the corner element, and can be adjusted to multiple positions from lying to upright. The side panels are roughly cuboid in shape, with a height consistent with the seat cushions, with the upper surfaces slightly raised at the extremes, and the front surfaces slightly beveled, and the edges trimmed with decorative stitching. Flat rectangular cushions are placed on the side panels. The single outer seat element can be folded from a sitting to a lying position and is equipped with a familiar reclining mechanism, which adjusts the lower flat cover and the front of the seat cushion to a horizontal position, the seat cushion slides forward, the backrest and cushion recline significantly, and the headrest is raised. Furthermore, to provide access to the mechanism controlling the position of the moving parts, it is connected to the side panel on one side. The single middle seat element, with the exception of the movable headrest, has all fixed parts. The corner section features a large, square seat cushion, the front corner of which is slightly beveled, creating a narrow, upholstered front cover. The rear corner is steeply beveled, forming three equal sections with the rear sides. The back rests on a trapezoidally profiled, upholstered backrest. The front is covered by three backrest cushions, while the top forms a flat, triangular, upholstered surface equipped with a sound system consisting of speakers and a control panel. At the back, the rounded edges of the two sides merge into perpendicular rear walls, which are profiled diagonally downward. The triple reclining section is three individual sections wide, with three independently adjustable headrests and three backrest cushions. It is connected on one side to a side section and to a tilting seat with three seat cushions separated by stitching.
