Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stojak na telefon komórkowy, skladany do pozycji plaskiej, przeznaczony do przesylki pocztowej w formie plaskiego listu. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na ilustracji, na której: fig. 1 do fig. 4, przedstawia przestrzenna forme wzoru, fig. 5 oraz fig. 6, przedstawia szablon wzoru z wykonanymi nacieciami i zagietymi krawedziami, fig. 7, przedstawia wzór zlozony do pozycji plaskiej. Bryla stojaka ma ksztalt pobocznicy graniastoslupa o podstawie czworoboku o ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu o wydluzonych ramionach, z wneka we frontowej sciance, na telefon komórkowy (fig. 1 do fig. 4). Podstawe stojaka tworza dwie prostokatne scianki polaczone ze soba rozlacznie (fig. 2, fig. 4 do fig. 7). Wneka na telefon komórkowy utworzona jest z nacietego paska wzdluz dluzszych jego krawedzi, w sciance czolowej stojaka, i zagietego wzdluz wyznaczonych krawedzi (fig. 5, fig. 6 oraz fig. 1 do fig. 3). W celu zlozenia stojaka do pozycji plaskiej, rozlacza sie polaczone ze soba czesci podstawy i stojak sklada sie wedlug zaznaczonych krawedzi (fig. 7). Scianki stojaka moga byc wykorzystane do umieszczenia na nich kalendarza lub notatnika albo materialu reklamowego. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego, które wyrózniaja go sposród innych wzorów, jest jego ksztalt w postaci pobocznicy graniastoslupa o podstawie czworoboku o ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu o wydluzonych ramionach, z wneka we frontowej sciance na telefon komórkowy, przy czym podstawa stojaka utworzona jest z dwóch prostokatnych scianek polaczonych ze soba rozlacznie, a wneka na telefon komórkowy utworzona jest z nacietego paska wzdluz jego dluzszych krawedzi, w sciance czolowej stojaka, i zagietego wzdluz wyznaczonych krawedzi. The design is shown in the illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 show the three-dimensional form of the design; Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 show the design template with cuts and bent edges; Fig. 7 shows the design folded flat. The stand body has the shape of a prism with a quadrilateral base roughly resembling a trapezoid with elongated arms, with a recess in the front wall for a mobile phone (Fig. 1 to Fig. 4). The base of the stand is formed by two detachably connected rectangular walls (Fig. 2, Fig. 4 to Fig. 7). The cell phone recess is formed by a strip cut along its longer edges in the front wall of the stand, and bent along the marked edges (Fig. 5, Fig. 6, and Fig. 1 to Fig. 3). To fold the stand into a flat position, the connected base parts are separated and the stand folds along the marked edges (Fig. 7). The stand walls can be used to hold a calendar, notebook, or advertising material. The essential features of the industrial design that distinguish it from other designs are its shape in the form of a prism with a quadrilateral base in the shape of a trapezoid with elongated arms, with a recess in the front wall for a mobile phone, wherein the base of the stand is made of two rectangular walls connected to each other detachably, and the recess for the mobile phone is made of a strip cut along its longer edges, in the front wall of the stand, and bent along the designated edges.
