Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stojak reklamowy, przeznaczony do eksponowania planszy z informacja handlowa oraz równoczesnie poprzez element przestrzenny zawieszony na sto- jaku oznaczajacy i wyrózniajacy miejsce umieszczenia ekspozycji. Stojak wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest w odmianach na rysunku zbiorczym - fig. 1 i fig. 2. Fig. 1 przedstawia stojak z poprzeczka, fig. 2 przedstawia stojak z poprzeczka i z ele- mentem przestrzennym. W kazdej odmianie stojak ma postac pionowego wspornika osadzonego w stopie sluzacej do stabilizacji stojaka. Wspornik ma pozioma poprzeczke umozliwiajaca zawieszenie na niej planszy z informacja handlowa. Górny odcinek wspornika stanowi lukowy palak. W odmianie na koncu lukowego palaka zamocowany jest element przestrzenny w postaci strzalki, usytuowany nad ekspozycja handlowa. W odmianie pierwszej stojak ma postac pionowego wspornika osadzonego w stopie, zaopa- trzonego w pozioma poprzeczke. W odmianie drugiej stojak ma postac pionowego wspornika osadzo- nego w stopie, zaopatrzonego w pozioma poprzeczke, z osadzonym na koncu lukowego palaka ele- mentem przestrzennym w postaci strzalki. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze: - stojak ma postac pionowego wspornika osadzonego w stopie, - górny odcinek wspornika stanowi lukowy palak, - wspornik ma pozioma poprzeczke, - w odmianie na koncu lukowego palaka zamocowany jest element przestrzenny w postaci strzalki. The stand according to the industrial design is shown in variants in the collective drawing - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Fig. 1 shows a stand with a crossbar, Fig. 2 shows a stand with a crossbar and a three-dimensional element. In each variant, the stand is in the form of a vertical support embedded in a foot that serves to stabilize the stand. The support has a horizontal crossbar allowing the board with commercial information to be hung on it. The upper section of the support is an arched beam. In one variant, a three-dimensional element in the form of an arrow is attached to the end of the arched beam, positioned above the commercial display. In the first variant, the stand is in the form of a vertical support embedded in a foot and equipped with a horizontal crossbar. In the second variant, the stand has the form of a vertical support embedded in a foot, provided with a horizontal crossbar, with a three-dimensional element in the form of an arrow mounted at the end of the arched bow. The essential features of the industrial design are that: - the stand has the form of a vertical support embedded in a foot, - the upper section of the support is an arched bow, - the support has a horizontal crossbar, - in this variant, a three-dimensional element in the form of an arrow is mounted at the end of the arched bow.
