Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 i 2 przedsta- wiaja naczynie w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 przedstawia naczynie w widoku z góry, fig. 4 przed- stawia zewnetrzna czesc naczynia w widoku z góry, fig. 5 przedstawia zewnetrzna czesc naczynia w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 6 przedstawia wewnetrzna czesc naczynia w widoku perspektywicznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Cechami istotnymi przedmiotowego wzoru przemyslowego, stanowiacego naczynie jest nowa postac wytworu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie oraz tym, ze korzystnie moze sie ono skladac z dwóch czesci, z których wewnetrzna jest dziurkowana. Charakterystyczny dla wzoru jest przede wszystkim jego oryginalny wielokatny ksztalt, przypominajacy trójkatna strzale, to, ze korzystnie sklada sie ono z dwóch czesci, które moga byc wkladane jedna w druga lub uzywane niezaleznie od siebie oraz to, ze wewnetrzna czesc naczynia moze byc perforowana oraz jeden z jej narozników moze byc sciety. W szczególnosci zgloszony wzór wyrózniaja od innych znanych wzorów nastepujace cechy po- staciowe: 1. wielokatny, zblizony do trójkata ksztalt naczynia; 2. mozliwosc zaopatrzenia go w wewnetrzna wyjmowana czesc, która powtarza ksztalt cze- sci zewnetrznej; 3. sciety naroznik czesci wewnetrznej; 4. dziurkowana powierzchnia czesci wewnetrznej. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Figs. 1 and 2 show the vessel in a perspective view, Fig. 3 shows the vessel in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the outer part of the vessel in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the outer part of the vessel in a perspective view, and Fig. 6 shows the inner part of the vessel in a perspective view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The essential features of the subject industrial design, which constitutes a vessel, are the new form of the product manifested in its shape and the fact that it may preferably consist of two parts, the inner part of which is perforated. The design is characterized primarily by its original polygonal shape, resembling a triangular arrow, the fact that it preferably consists of two parts that can be inserted one into the other or used independently of each other, and the fact that the inner part of the vessel can be perforated and one of its corners can be chamfered. In particular, the submitted design is distinguished from other known designs by the following features: 1. the polygonal, triangular shape of the vessel; 2. the possibility of providing it with a removable inner part that repeats the shape of the outer part; 3. a chamfered corner of the inner part; 4. the perforated surface of the inner part.
