Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podlokietnik mebla tapicerowanego o fakturze drewna, skladajacy sie z plaskiej, sztywnej, wygietej plyty z zaglebieniem, sluzacy jako oparcie pod reke mebla tapicerowanego. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie podlokietnika. Przy brzegu podlokietnika umiejscowione sa dwa rowki w wypelnieniu których, znajduje sie tworzywo o metalicznym wygladzie. Ksztalt i zawartosc rowka z wypelnieniem daje podlokietnikowi oryginalny estetyczny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunkach w których Fig. 1 stanowi ry- sunek drewnianego podlokietnika odmiana 1, fig. 2 odmiana druga - stanowi drewniany podlokietnik w kolorze brazu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Drewniany plaski podlokietnik, wygiety do dolu, przy obu brzegach umiejscowiony jest rowek w wypelnieniu którego, znajduje sie tworzywo o metalicznym wygladzie. The essence of the design is reflected in the shape and appearance of the armrest. Two grooves are located at the edge of the armrest, each filled with a metallic material. The shape and content of the groove and filling give the armrest a unique aesthetic appearance. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawings, where Fig. 1 is a drawing of a wooden armrest, variant 1, and Fig. 2, variant 2, is a brown wooden armrest. Essential features of the industrial design: A flat wooden armrest, bent downwards, with a groove along both edges, filled with a metallic material.
