Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi jego nowa i indywidualna postac przejawiajaca sie w cha- rakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie linii wzoru przemyslowego oraz jego wzornictwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonej wizualizacji, na której Fig. 1 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia wzór prze- myslowy w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 3 przedstawia wzór przemyslowy w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym. We wszystkich odmianach podstawka zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrobkowy wedlug wzoru przemy- slowego stanowi bryle przypominajaca swym wygladem zlaczone kolo z prostokatem - z lewej strony podstawki znajduje sie kolo, zas z prawej strony prostokat. Wewnatrz lewej powierzchni wzoru prze- myslowego, która jest w ksztalcie kola, umieszczono okragle puste pole umozliwiajace umiejscowienie w nim znicza badz swiecy, przy czym krawedzie okraglego pola wystaja ponad druga kwadratowa czesc wzoru przemyslowego. Po prawej stronie powierzchni podstawka zwlaszcza pod znicz nagrob- kowy, która jest w ksztalcie prostokata, posiada wneke w ksztalcie przypominajacym prostokat przy czym jej lewy bok stanowi luk wciety w srodek wneki - oraz przezroczysta wypukla przykrywke w ksztalcie odpowiadajacym wnece. Krawedzie wneki posiadaja wyfrezowanie umozliwiajace umiesz- czenie przezroczystej wypuklej pokrywki. The essence of the industrial design is its new and individual form, manifested in the characteristic shape, line arrangement of the industrial design, and its design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached visualization, in which Fig. 1 shows the industrial design in its first variant from a top view, Fig. 2 shows the industrial design in its first variant from a perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the industrial design in its second variant from a perspective view. In all varieties, the industrial-design grave candle holder, especially for grave candles, is a solid shape resembling a circle and a rectangle combined—the left side of the holder is a circle, and the right side is a rectangle. Inside the left side of the industrial design, which is circular, is a circular space allowing for the placement of a grave candle or candle, with the edges of the circular space protruding above the second square part of the industrial design. On the right side of the surface, the rectangular grave candle holder, especially for grave candles, has a recess resembling a rectangle, with its left side being an arc cut into the center of the recess—and a transparent, convex cover shaped to match the recess. The edges of the recess are milled to accommodate a transparent, convex lid. The side walls of the stand, especially for the grave candle, feature three-dimensional motifs of climbing plants and leaves. In the second version of the industrial design, the interior of the recess features a decorative motif consisting of a rose flower, a ribbon underneath, and leaves at the top and bottom of the decorative motif. The stand, especially for the grave candle in the industrial design, can be made of plastic or other materials in various colors or color combinations. Essential features of an industrial design A stand, especially for a grave candle according to the industrial design, has: - in all varieties, a shape resembling a combined circle and a rectangle, with a circle on the left side and a rectangle on the right; - in all varieties, inside its left surface, which is in the shape of a circle, a round empty field allowing for placing a grave candle or a candle in it, with the edges of the round field protruding above the second square part of the industrial design; - in all varieties, on the right side of the surface, which is in the shape of a rectangle, a recess in the shape resembling a rectangle, with its left side being an arc cut into the center of the recess - and a transparent convex cover in the shape corresponding to the recess; - in all varieties, the edges of the recess are milled, which allows for the placement of a transparent convex lid; - in all varieties, three-dimensional motifs of climbing plants and leaves on the side walls; - in the second variety, inside the recess, a decorative motif consisting of a rose flower and a ribbon underneath and leaves at the top and bottom of the decorative motif.PL 20502 3 Illustration of the pattern Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3PL 20502 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
