Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest okladka albumu, zwlaszcza fotograficznego, wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego imitujacego skóre ekologiczna o dowolnym kolorze i fakturze, kartonu, tworzywa sztucznego imitujacego szklo, folii tworzywowej i papieru. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii utworzonych z ramkowych elementów tej okladki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia okladke albumu w stanie zlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - te sama okladke w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - te sama okladke w widoku od spodu, fig. 4 - te sama okladke w stanie rozlozonym w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - te sama okladke w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A, fig. 6 - szczegól „K" polaczenia ze soba sztywnej okladziny górnej z jej okleina elastyczna z tworzywa imitujacego skóre ekologiczna oraz pierwszym elementem w ksztalcie ozdobnej ramki prostokatnej, a fig. 7 - szczegól „L" polaczenia ze soba okladziny górnej z okladzina dolna i utworzenia pomiedzy nimi grzbietu tej okladki. Okladke albumu fotograficznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowia dwie identyczne prostokatne okladziny kartonowe, których dwa usytuowane naprzeciw siebie boki sa oddzielone oraz przyslaniajaca szczelnie - zewnetrzna powierzchnie i pozostale trzy boki tych okladzin, oslona wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego skóropodobnego, tworzac pomiedzy oddzielonymi od siebie wewnetrznymi ich bokami kanalek spelniajacy funkcje grzbietu po zlozeniu ze soba obu tych okladzin jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 oraz na rysunkach fig. 4 i 7. Poza tym utworzony pomiedzy obu okladzinami przyslonietymi zewnetrzna oslona grzbiet kanalkowy na wewnetrznej jego powierzchni ma dwa równolegle usytuowane paski prostokatne oddzielone od siebie, których górne powierzchnie zwienczone sa umieszczonym pomiedzy nimi elastycznym przezroczystym paskiem z tworzywa foliowego. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape and the arrangement of lines created from the frame elements of this cover. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the album cover in a folded state in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same cover in a top view, Fig. 3 - the same cover in a bottom view, Fig. 4 - the same cover in an unfolded state in a top view, Fig. 5 - the same cover in a vertical cross-section along the line A-A, Fig. 6 - detail "K" of the connection of the rigid upper lining with its flexible veneer made of a material imitating ecological leather and the first element in the shape of a decorative rectangular frame, and Fig. 7 - detail "L" of the connection of the upper lining with the lower lining and creating a spine of this cover between them. The cover of a photographic album according to the industrial design consists of two identical rectangular cardboard covers, the two opposite sides of which are separated and a cover made of imitation leather material tightly covering the outer surface and the remaining three sides of these covers, creating a channel between their separated inner sides that serves as a spine after folding both covers together as shown in the illustrative material Fig. 1 and in the drawings Figs. 4 and 7. The lower surface of the album cover has a uniform smooth surface, while on its upper surface the cover made of imitation leather material covering it has a square recess creating a peripheral rectangular frame on this surface, and in the created square opening there is placed an element in the shape of a separate square frame with a decorative ornament on the its entire surface, and in it is placed another element in the shape of a square rectangular frame in the colour of the outer frame, inside which a square extraction has been created, intended for placing an insert with an album with this photo cover chosen by the user. Both the rectangular outer frame and the square middle frame placed in the square frame with a decorative ornament are made of the same leather-like plastic and their outer surfaces are flush with each other so that they lie in one horizontal plane, while the frame with the ornament placed between them is situated below this plane, creating a peripheral shallow channel, whereby the outer frame has all rounded edges and corners, and the inner frame flush with it has rounded edges and its inner corners. In turn, the intermediate frame with an ornament made of plastic imitating glass placed between them has a grey ornament on its surface, which consists of identical, symmetrical sets made of four trefoil elements and a five-leaf flower placed between them, while in the lower field of this frame, between the extreme elements of this ornament, there is an example inscription "Julia and Daniel", whose photo will be placed in the square opening of the central frame. In addition, the channel ridge formed between the two facings covered by the external cover on its inner surface has two parallel rectangular strips separated from each other, the upper surfaces of which are topped with a flexible transparent strip of foil material placed between them. Essential features of an industrial design The cover of an album, especially a photographic one, shown in the illustrative material and in the drawings fig. 1-6 is characterised by the fact that that: – they consist of two identical rectangular covers, the two opposite sides of which are separated and a leather-like cover tightly covering the outer surface and the remaining three sides of these covers, creating a channel between their separated inner sides that serves as a spine after putting both covers together as shown in the illustration material Fig. 1 and in the drawings Figs. 4 and 7. – the lower surface of the album cover has a uniform smooth surface, while on its upper surface the leather-like cover covering it has a square recess creating a peripheral rectangular frame on this surface, and in the created square opening there is placed an element in the shape of a separate square frame with a decorative ornament on its entire surface, and in it another element is placed in the shape of a square rectangular frame in the colour of the outer frame, inside which a square cut-out has been created; – both the rectangular outer frame and the square middle frame placed in the square frame with a decorative ornament are made of the same imitation leather material and their outer surfaces are flush with each other so that they lie in one horizontal plane, while the frame with the ornament placed between them is situated below this plane, creating a peripheral shallow channel, wherein the outer frame has all rounded edges and corners, and the inner frame flush with it has rounded edges and its inner corners, wherein – the intermediate frame imitating glass placed between them has on its surface an ornament in grey colour, which consists of identical, symmetrical sets placed next to each other, made of four trefoil elements and a five-leaf flower placed between them, wherein on the lower field of this frame between the extreme elements of this ornament there is an example inscription "Julia and Daniel", and in addition - the channel ridge created between both facings covered with an external leather-like cover on its inner surface has two parallel rectangular strips separated from each other by an elastic strip.
