The deviation unit is connected to a water supplying conduit (10) to supply water discharging on a water utilizing device e.g. heating element (13), that generates vapor. The deviation unit is connected to a water-cooled condenser (6) e.g. condensation ramp, by a water supplying conduit (14) and a water supplying valve (15) that is in series with the valve (7).
