Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac lampy stanowiaca kompozycje plastyczna, wyrózniajaca lampe sposród innych lamp bedacych na rynku, charakteryzujaca sie zwarta, zamknieta konstrukcja, przy czym posiada dodatkowy ruchomy element umozliwiajacy jej uzytkowanie jako lampy niezamontowanej. Lampa w podstawowej odmianie jest przeznaczona do montazu w listwach przypodlogowych lub innych elementach dekoracyjnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunkach. Lampa w pierwszej odmianie wzoru jest uwidoczniona na figurach 1, 2 i 3. Lampa w pierwszej odmianie wykonania przedstawiona na figurze 1 posiada plyte czolowa w ksztalcie prostokatnego prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych brzegach oraz zaokraglonych naroznikach, ponadto przód plyty czolowej posiada sfazowania, w plycie czolowej znajduje sie przezroczysta szybka oslaniajaca zródlo swiatla np. zarówke zarowa lub LED, oraz wypukla soczewke. The lamp in its basic version is designed for mounting in skirting boards or other decorative elements. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings. The lamp in the first version of the design is shown in figures 1, 2 and 3. The lamp in the first version of the design shown in figure 1 has a front panel in the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, furthermore the front of the front panel has chamfers, in the front panel there is a transparent pane covering the light source, e.g. an incandescent or LED bulb, and a convex lens. The pane covering the light source has an expanded inner surface in order to disperse the light. The view from the longer side shown in figure 2 shows the shape and position of the lens. The view from the shorter side shown in Figure 3 shows the battery socket located on the rear side of the lamp, shaped in such a way that two recesses are formed between the front panel and the socket body, parallel to the longer side of the front panel, for mounting the lamp. The lamp in the second version of the design is shown in Figures 4, 5 and 6. The lamp in the second version of the design shown in Figure 4 has a front panel in the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition the front of the front panel has chamfers, in the front panel there is a transparent pane covering the light source, e.g. an incandescent or LED bulb, and a convex lens. The glass covering the light source has an extended internal surface to disperse light. The view from the long side shown in Figure 5 shows the shape and position of the lens. The view from the short side shown in Figure 6 shows the cover located on the rear side of the lamp, which can be detached for changing the battery. The side wall of the cover has an opening that facilitates dismantling the cover for changing the battery. The lamp in the third version of the design is shown in figures 7 and 8. The lamp in the third version of the design shown in figure 7 has a front panel in the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition the front of the front panel has chamfers, in the front panel there is a transparent pane covering the light source, e.g. an incandescent or LED bulb, and a convex lens. The pane covering the light source has an expanded inner surface in order to disperse the light. The front panel is embedded in a decorative colored skirting board. Figure 8 shows a cross-sectional view of the connection between the front panel of the lamp and the skirting board. The lamp in the fourth version of the design is shown in figures 9 and 10. The lamp in the third version of the design shown in figure 9 has a front panel in the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition the front of the front panel has chamfers, in the front panel there is a transparent pane covering the light source, e.g. an incandescent or LED bulb, and a convex lens. The pane covering the light source has an expanded inner surface in order to disperse the light. The front panel is mounted in the skirting board. Figure 10 shows a cross-sectional view of the connection of the front panel of the lamp with the skirting board. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The lamp in the first variant of the design has a frame which includes a front panel and a battery socket, the front panel has the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition, the front of the front panel has chamfers, the front panel has a transparent pane with a convex lens, on the rear side the lamp has a battery socket, shaped in such a way that between the front panel and the body of the PL 20581 3 socket there are two recesses, parallel to the longer side of the front panel, for mounting the lamp. 2. The lamp in the second version has a frame which includes a front panel and a rear cover, the front panel has the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition, the front of the front panel has chamfers, the front panel has a transparent pane with a convex lens, the lamp has a cover on the rear side. 3. The lamp in the third version has a skirting board and a frame which includes a front panel, the front panel has the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition, the front of the front panel has chamfers, the front panel has a transparent pane with a convex lens, and the skirting board has decorative elements. 4. The lamp in the fourth version has a skirting board and a fixture which includes a front panel, the front panel has the shape of a rectangular cuboid with rounded edges and rounded corners, in addition the front of the front panel has chamfers, in the front panel there is a transparent pane with a convex lens.
