Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac nagrobka przeznaczonego do montowa- nia na dowolnych grobach ziemnych lub murowanych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie i przedstawiona zostala na rysunku (fig. 1 - 8). Pierwsza odmiana wzoru zobrazowana zostala na fig. 1 do 3. Fig. 1 przedstawia nagrobek w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 2 - nagrobek w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, fig. 3 - nagrobek w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspektywicz- nym od przodu z przykladowym reliefem, fig. 4 - nagrobek w pierwszej odmianie w widoku perspekty- wicznym z tylu z zamykanymi drzwiczkami. Druga odmiana wzoru zobrazowana zostala na fig. 5 do 7. Fig. 5 przedstawia nagrobek w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu, fig. 6 - na- grobek w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, fig. 7 - nagrobek w drugiej odmianie w widoku perspektywicznym od przodu z przykladowym reliefem. Nagrobek w trzeciej odmianie wzoru w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu przedstawia fig. 8. Poszczególne odmiany wzoru zestawiono razem na arkuszu zbiorczym. Nagrobek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego tworza dwie plyty, dluzsza pozioma i krótsza pionowa polaczone elementem o wkleslym, od strony przedniej, ksztalcie. Obie plyty, pionowa w widoku z przodu i pozioma w widoku z góry, maja w zarysie ksztalt prostokatny i identyczna szerokosc. Po- wstala w ten sposób plyta nagrobkowa ma charakter jednolitego elementu o lagodnym zaokraglonym przejsciu od plyty pionowej do poziomej. Na plytach mozliwe jest umieszczenie reliefu i stosownych napisów. Nagrobek wykonany zostal w trzech odmianach. Plyta pionowa wspiera sie na górnej scianie modulu, a plyta pozioma przystaje do jego sciany dolnej. Po- wstala w ten sposób plyta nagrobkowa ma charakter jednolitego elementu o lagodnym zaokraglonym przejsciu od plyty pionowej do poziomej. Na obu plytach mozliwe jest umieszczenie reliefu i stosow- nych napisów. Z tylu nagrobka na wysokosci lezacego elementu prostopadlosciennego moze znajdo- wac sie zamykany drzwiczkami schowek. W drugiej odmianie nagrobka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego nagrobek tworza dwie polaczone plyty, dluzsza pozioma i krótsza pionowa. Cecha istotna nagrobka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest jego swoisty, prosty i konsekwentny ksztalt sprawiajacy wrazenie, ze caly nagrobek staje sie jednym elementem. The essence of the industrial design is manifest in its shape and is presented in the drawing (figs. 1-8). The first variation of the design is illustrated in figs. 1 to 3. Fig. 1 shows the tombstone in the first variation in a perspective view from the front; fig. 2 shows the tombstone in the first variation in a perspective view from the back; fig. 3 shows the tombstone in the first variation in a perspective view from the front with an example relief; fig. 4 shows the tombstone in the first variation in a perspective view from the back with a lockable door. The second variation of the design is illustrated in Figures 5 to 7. Figure 5 shows the second variation of the tombstone in a perspective view from the front; Figure 6 shows the second variation of the tombstone in a perspective view from the back; Figure 7 shows the second variation of the tombstone in a perspective view from the front with an example relief. The third variation of the tombstone in a perspective view from the back is shown in Figure 8. The individual variations of the design are summarized on a collective sheet. The tombstone according to the industrial design consists of two slabs, a longer horizontal one and a shorter vertical one, connected by a concave element on the front. Both slabs, the vertical one in the front view and the horizontal one in the top view, are rectangular in outline and identical in width. The resulting tombstone is a uniform element with a gentle, rounded transition from the vertical to the horizontal slab. The slabs can accommodate reliefs and appropriate inscriptions. The tombstone is made in three varieties. In the first variety, based on an industrial design, the tombstone consists of two connected slabs: a longer horizontal one and a shorter vertical one. Both slabs, the vertical one from the front and the horizontal one from above, are rectangular in outline and identical in width. Between the slabs lies a rectangular module, the width of which is identical to that of the slabs, whose front, upper edge has been cut and formed into the shape of a quarter-cylinder. The vertical slab rests on the upper wall of the module, while the horizontal slab adheres to its lower wall. The resulting tombstone is a uniform element with a gentle, rounded transition from the vertical to the horizontal slab. Both slabs can be decorated with relief and appropriate inscriptions. A compartment with a door can be located at the rear of the tombstone, at the height of the lying cuboid element. In the second version of the tombstone, based on the industrial design, the tombstone consists of two connected slabs: a longer horizontal one and a shorter vertical one. Both slabs, the vertical one from the front and the horizontal one from above, are rectangular in outline and identical in width. Between the slabs is a module in the form of a lying quarter-cylinder, with widths and thicknesses identical to those of the slabs. The vertical slab rests on the upper side of the module, while the horizontal slab adheres to its lower side. The resulting tombstone is a uniform element with a gentle, rounded transition from the vertical to the horizontal slab. Both slabs can be decorated with relief and appropriate inscriptions. In the third version of the tombstone, based on the industrial design, the tombstone consists of two connected slabs: a longer horizontal slab and a shorter vertical slab. Both slabs, the vertical one from the front and the horizontal one from above, are rectangular in outline and identical in width. Between the slabs is a module in the form of a quarter-cylinder, with widths and thicknesses identical to those of the slabs. The central part of the lying quarter-circle has a stabilizing rib at the back. Both slabs can be decorated with relief and appropriate inscriptions. A significant feature of the tombstone based on the industrial design is its distinctive, simple, and consistent shape, giving the impression that the entire tombstone becomes a single element.
