Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest torba na odpadki, sluzaca do krótkotrwalego przecho- wywania smieci. Takie torby moga byc uzywane np. w samochodach, pociagach, autobusach w trak- cie podrózy. Torba na odpady wedlug wzoru odznacza sie oryginalna postacia nadajaca sie do wielokrotne- go odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Nowa postac torby na odpadki przejawia sie w ksztalcie, nowych konturach linii oraz w materiale uzytym do wykonania torby. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia torbe na odpadki w widoku ogólnym, a fig. 2 torbe na odpadki w widoku z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Torba na odpadki wedlug wzoru odznacza sie oryginalnym wygladem, charakteryzujacym sie tym, ze glówna czesc torby ma postac prostopadloscianu otwartego na górze. Do przedniej i tylnej sciany torby przymocowane sa raczki. Na przedniej i tylnej scianie, torba posiada kieszenie, które po odchyleniu w widoku z boku maja ksztalt trójkata. Torba na odpadki wykonana jest z papieru a srodek glównej czesci torby w postaci prostopadloscianu zawiera worek foliowy. Glówna czesc torby w posta- ci prostopadloscianu przeznaczona jest na odpadki mokre, natomiast boczne kieszenie na puszki czy plastik. Such bags can be used, for example, in cars, trains, and buses while traveling. The waste bag according to the design is characterized by its original form, suitable for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The new form of the waste bag is manifested in its shape, new line contours, and the material used to make the bag. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the waste bag in a general view, and Fig. 2 shows the waste bag in a side view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The waste bag according to the design is characterized by its original appearance, characterized by the fact that the main part of the bag is in the form of a cuboid open at the top. Handles are attached to the front and back walls of the bag. The bag features pockets on the front and back, which, when folded back from the side, form a triangle. The waste bag is made of paper, and the center of the main cuboid section contains a plastic bag. The main cuboid section is designed for wet waste, while the side pockets are for cans or plastic.
