Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nalepka informacyjna, przyklejana na opakowania produktów leczniczych, wystepujaca w trzech odmianach, stanowiaca narzedzie opieki farmaceutycz- nej, sluzaca do dyspensowania produktów leczniczych w szczególnosci w aptekach ogólnodostep- nych, szpitalnych, zaopatrujacych szpitale lub inne przedsiebiorstwa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego kolory- styce, kolorze czcionki napisów oraz postaci elementów graficznych, co nadaje mu indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których: fig. 1 przedstawia widok nalepki informacyjnej z symbolem umieszczonych w okregu i przekre- slonych ust ludzkich oraz z napisem: nie stosowac doustnie, fig. 2 przedstawia widok nalepki informacyjnej z symbolem umieszczonego w okregu odbytu oraz z napisem: tylko doodbytniczo, fig. 3 przedstawia widok nalepki informacyjnej z symbolem umieszczonego w okregu kobie- cego lona oraz z napisem: stosowac tylko dopochwowo. Nalepka informacyjna wedlug wzoru wykonana jest z folii samoprzylepnej z klejem od spodniej strony, w ksztalcie prostokata o oblych rogach w kolorze zielonym. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the item, manifested in its colors, the color of the font of the inscriptions and the form of graphic elements, which gives it an individual character. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows a view of an information sticker with a symbol of a human mouth placed in a circle and crossed out and with the inscription: do not use orally, Fig. 2 shows a view of an information sticker with a symbol of an anus placed in a circle and with the inscription: rectally only, Fig. 3 shows a view of an information sticker with a symbol of a female womb placed in a circle and with the inscription: use vaginally only. The information sticker according to the pattern is made of self-adhesive foil with glue on the underside, in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners in green. The rectangle contains a graphic element in the form of a symbol of human lips placed in a circle with a cross through them (fig. 1), a symbol placed in a circle of the anus (fig. 2), a symbol placed in a circle of a female womb (fig. 3), a verbal element in the form of an inscription written in white placed to the right of the above symbols: do not use orally (fig. 1), only rectally (fig. 2), use only vaginally (fig. 3), and in the lower right corner an Arabic numeral written in white "50" (fig. 1), "51" (fig. 2), "52" (fig. 3) indicating the type of active substance contained in a given medicinal product. Variation 2. It presents an information sticker, stuck on the packaging of medicinal products, in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners in green and a graphic element in the form of a symbol placed in a circle around the anus and a verbal element in the form of an inscription placed in a rectangle on the right side of the indicated symbol, written in white: only rectally and an Arabic numeral "51" written in white in the lower right corner, indicating the type of active substance contained in the given medicinal product. Variation 3. It presents an information sticker, stuck on the packaging of medicinal products, in the shape of a rectangle with rounded corners in green and a graphic element in the form of a symbol placed in a circle around the female womb and a verbal element in the form of an inscription placed in a rectangle on the right side of the indicated symbol, the words written in white: use only intravaginally and the Arabic numeral "52" written in white in the lower right corner, indicating the type of active substance contained in the given medicinal product.
