Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik elastyczny wielokrotnego uzytku zwlaszcza dla szkólkarstwa na sadzonki iglaste, lisciaste i ozdobne oraz transportu tych sadzonek lub innych materialów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, gdzie Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane pojemnika w widoku z przodu, Fig. 1.1 - widok pojemnika z tylu, Fig. 2 - przedsta- wia druga odmiane pojemnika w widoku z przodu, Fig. 2.1 - widok pojemnika z tylu. Wykaz odmian Odmiana 1 przedstawiona jest na figurach 1; 1.1 Odmiana 2 przedstawiona jest na figurach 2; 2.1. Pojemnik elastyczny z tkaniny polipropylenowej wedlug pierwszej odmiany jest w postaci walca otwartego od góry, posiada obwodowo przy podstawie pojemnika naszyty tunel do wlozenia usztyw- nienia. Na pobocznicy walca naprzeciwlegle znajduja sie elementy w postaci trapezów o mniejszej podstawie u dolu pojemnika. Naszyte uchwyty z szerokiej tasmy obejmuja boki trapezów i u góry za- konczone sa petla. Na czolowej stronie pojemnika miedzy naszytym uchwytem znajduje sie kieszen z przezroczystego materialu zabezpieczona rzepem na wlozenie etykiety. Cecha istotna pierwszej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik elastyczny w postaci walca otwartego od góry, obwodowo przy podstawie posiada naszyty tunel do wlozenia usztywnienia. Na pobocznicy walca naprzeciwlegle znajduja sie elementy w postaci trapezów o mniejszej podstawie u dolu pojemnika. Naszyte uchwyty z szerokiej tasmy obejmuja boki trapezów tworzac u góry petle stanowiace uchwyty. Na czolowej stronie pojemnika miedzy obszyciem tworzacym uchwyt znajduje sie kieszen z przezroczystego materialu na etykiete, zabezpieczona rzepem. Pojemnik elastyczny z tkaniny korzystnie polipropylenowej wedlug drugiej odmiany jest w po- staci walca otwartego od góry, na obwodzie przy podstawie posiada naszyty tunel do wlozenia usztywnienia. Na stronie czolowej pobocznicy walca znajduje sie trapez o mniejszej podstawie u dolu pojemnika. Na czesci trapezowej znajduje sie kieszen z przezroczystego materialu przeznaczona na wlozenie etykiety. Na obwodzie u góry pojemnika naprzeciwlegle znajduja sie uchwyty w postaci rulo- ników. Cecha istotna drugiej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik elastyczny w postaci walca otwartego od góry, na obwodzie przy podstawie pojemnika posiada naszyty tunel do wlozenia usztyw- nienia. Na stronie czolowej pobocznicy walca pojemnika znajduje sie trapez o mniejszej podstawie u dolu pojemnika. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the container in a front view, Fig. 1.1 - back view of the container, Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the container in a front view, Fig. 2.1 - back view of the container. List of variants Variation 1 is shown in figures 1; 1.1 Variation 2 is shown in figures 2; 2.1. The flexible container made of polypropylene fabric according to the first variant is in the form of a cylinder open at the top and has a perimeter sewn-in tunnel at the base of the container for the insertion of a stiffener. On the side of the cylinder, opposite elements in the form of trapezoids with a smaller base at the bottom of the container are located. Sewn-on handles made of wide webbing enclose the sides of the trapezoids and terminate in a loop at the top. On the front side of the container, between the sewn-on handles, there is a pocket made of transparent material secured with Velcro for inserting a label. A significant feature of the first industrial design variant is a flexible container in the form of a cylinder, open at the top, with a sewn-on tunnel at the base for inserting stiffeners. On the side of the cylinder, opposite elements are trapezoids with smaller bases at the bottom of the container. Sewn-on handles made of wide webbing enclose the sides of the trapezoids, creating loops at the top that serve as handles. On the front side of the container, between the stitching that forms the handle, there is a pocket made of transparent material for a label, secured with Velcro. The flexible container made of fabric, preferably polypropylene, according to the second variant, is in the form of a cylinder, open at the top, with a sewn-on tunnel at the base for inserting stiffeners. On the front side of the cylinder, there is a trapezoid with a smaller base at the bottom of the container. On the trapezoid part, there is a pocket made of transparent material intended for inserting a label. On the circumference at the top of the container, opposite handles in the form of rolls are located.
