Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest stoisko przeznaczone do prowadzenia dzialalnosci uslugowej lub handlowej dotyczacej zwlaszcza dzialalnosci kosmetycznej zwiazanej z pielegnacja paznokci. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony zostal na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których: Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok z przodu stoiska Fig. 2 - widok z prawego boku stoiska Fig. 3 - widok z lewego boku stoiska Fig. 4 - widok z tylu stoiska. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w charakterystycznym ksztalcie stoiska osadzonym na bryle zmodyfikowanego prostokata. W czesci przedniej stoiska na plaszczyznie bocznej jednego z dluzszych boków znajduje sie czesc uslugowa z lada oraz czterema pionowymi, symetrycznymi wycieciami o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, o wielkosci umozliwiajacej dosuniecie sie- dziska klienta do samej krawedzi lady i przez to swobodne zajecie miejsca przed stoiskiem w trakcie korzystania z uslug, przez co wyeliminowana zostala uciazliwosc w postaci uderzenia nóg o boczna sciane stoiska. W czesci tylnej stoiska na dwóch przeciwleglych rogach dluzszego boku stoiska znajduja sie dwa ekspozytory na towar majace postac pionowych slupków w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Kazdy slupek posiada przeszklenie na dwóch przylegajacych do siebie bokach zas w srodku umieszczone sa pólki. Przeszklenia slupków stanowia jednoczesnie dwa tylne narozniki stoiska. Pomiedzy slupkami na dluzszym boku stoiska znajduje sie lada, która umozliwia prowadzenia sprzedazy towarów umiesz- czonych w ekspozytorach. Do slupków, w czesci górnej zamocowana jest pozioma rama w ksztalcie zmodyfikowanego prostokata o wielkosci zblizonej do wielkosci podstawy stoiska. W ramie umieszczone jest oswietlenie stoiska. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w unikatowym wzornictwie stoiska, pola- czeniu w jednym stoisku miejsc przeznaczonych do prowadzenia dzialalnosci uslugowej i handlowej. W czesci przedniej stoiska znajduje sie lada zas boczna sciana zawiera prostopadloscienne wciecia umozliwiajace wygodne zajecie miejsca przed lada przez klienta bez dyskomfortu w postaci uderzania nóg o przednia sciane stoiska. W czesci tylnej stoiska na dwóch przeciwleglych rogach dluzszego boku stoiska znajduja sie dwa ekspozytory na towar majace postac pionowych slupków w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Kazdy slupek posiada przeszklenie na dwóch przylegajacych do siebie bokach zas w srodku umieszczone sa pólki. Przeszklenia slupków stanowia jednoczesnie dwa tylne narozniki stoiska. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, which include: Fig. 1 - front view of the stand Fig. 2 - right side view of the stand Fig. 3 - left side view of the stand Fig. 4 - rear view of the stand. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the distinctive shape of the stand set on a modified rectangular block. In the front section of the stand, on the side plane of one of the longer sides, there is a service area with a counter and four vertical, symmetrical cuboid-shaped cutouts, large enough to allow customers to move their seats right up to the edge of the counter, allowing them to comfortably sit in front of the stand while using the services. This eliminates the inconvenience of hitting their feet against the side wall. In the rear section, on two opposite corners of the stand's longer side, there are two merchandise displays in the form of vertical cuboid columns. Each column has glazing on two adjacent sides, while shelves are located in the center. The glazing on the columns also forms the two rear corners of the stand. Between the posts on the longer side of the stand is a counter, which allows for the sale of goods placed in displays. A horizontal frame in the shape of a modified rectangle, approximately the same size as the stand's base, is attached to the posts at the top. The frame houses the stand's lighting. The stand's key industrial design features are evident in the stand's unique design, combining service and retail spaces within a single stand. The front of the stand contains the counter, while the side wall contains cuboid indentations that allow customers to comfortably sit in front of the counter without the discomfort of bumping their feet against the front wall. At the rear of the stand, on two opposite corners of the stand's longer side, are two product displays in the form of vertical cuboid posts. Each column has glazing on two adjacent sides, and shelves are located in the center. The glazing on the columns also forms the two rear corners of the stand. Between the columns on the longer side of the stand is a counter, which allows for the sale of goods displayed in the displays. A horizontal frame in the shape of a modified rectangle, approximately the size of the stand base, is attached to the columns at the top.
